Heard a worrying rumour that the game on Sunday could be called off by the police

Any news?

And y would this be! What a silly post.

I don't think it is a silly post to tell the truth.
1. Police can call off any game if they fear there is a risk of " public disorder" . Remember, there is problems after the games too.
2. If Motherwell drop points on Saturday then Celtic could win the league at Ibrox - that brings it's own problems.
3. After court ruling today emotions will be running high and Celtic supporters will bait the Rangers fans !

Lastly, I would rather win the League at Celtic park or elsewhere so the players can stay on the park and enjoy the moment !

For the good of Scottish football ( and society) I think the game shouldn't go ahead.

Calling the game off lets the bigots and thugs win.

The game must go ahead for the sake of all true football supporters.

Nobody wins if there are deaths as a result of the game. I'm hoping there won't be, but it won't be the first time.

Celtic fan here believe it or not but we are getting a wee tad in front of ourselves again look what happened last week ehh always shoutig going to do this and that and up getting turned over lets wait and see if we turn up on sunday really hope we do and get the win as long as motherwell dont

Absolutely no chance. And for your info police can't call off a football game because they suspect there may be violence. There would have to be a whole other set of circumstances, not purely speculation or assumption

Gary {Ed001's Note - not true, if they suspect there may be trouble, they do have the powers to call off a game because they can simply say they would need more manpower than they have available to deal with it.}

Well well fellow Hoops. It looks like Ticketus don't do walking away either. Liquidation seems a certainty for Scotland's Shame. Try not to drag your knuckles on the way out. Speaking of liquidation....I've just p1shed myself laughing. Hail Hail troops and have a great weekend from and enjoy the jelly and ice cream party.

And to make matters ever more enjoyable, that f@nny Jim White has just started his shift on S*N. {Ed007's Note - It is like divine intervention at times. He has had some rough days at the office lately. What a shame ;-)

Ed - your last sentance about Jim White, when you say "What a shame", are you feeling sorry for him or calling him a Rangers supporter. {Ed007's Note - I am expressing sympathy for him, it must be hurting him being on duty every time there is bad news regarding his team.}

I am sure Mr White is very well rewarded for his "impartial objective" auto-cue skills. He gets paid many times more than the average hard working guy for basically reading aloud for a few hours a day. Rough day at the office that's a joke. Another one masquerading as a journalist and getting paid a fortune. No wonder football in Scotland is in trouble with him and parasites like him taking every morsel from the game and giving nothing back.

We should start worrying fellow tims... I heard the cast of Monty Python are re-forming their Holy Grail cast to make a bid for the Gers.... they will be called the Knights of the Round table, to keep in check with the other "linked" take over company names.

I can't see izzy playing on Sunday as some people think?

Don't see anyway he can play either, he has'nt even been on the bench in recent games
