Jack Ross name is latest to be thrown in the mix to replace Neil Lennon. He has worked his way up from Alloa to St Mirren to Sunderland and Hibs.
He knows Scottish Football, has been a success at each Scottish club is tactically very astute and the right price for the board.
Could be plausible.

Hibs wouldn't give Celtic the time of the day let alone let them speak to Jack Ross even if we did want to speak with him.

Hope not. There's surely better than him.

Back in 2019 I sensed that a sizeable number of our support held the view Neil Lennon should not have been considered as a serious long term option. Myself included. Nevertheless we all got behind him, he had the best squad and resources after all. Unfortunately the current situation confirms a lot of fans fears but irrespective it’s just a bit sad now and I don’t see anyway back. I hope it ends with a bit of dignity. Jack Ross is potentially a decent manager but we have the right to expect the board will seek out the best candidate possible which with respect, isn’t Jack Ross.

Hibs don't need to give us the time of day. Jack Ross can quit and take the Celtic job and we'll head down tribunals for compensation.
He's not the ideal candidate for me, but I'm so scunnered with Lennon, I'd consider it.

Jack Ross better off with Diana Ross at least she’d reign supreme .

What about Douglas?

I wouldn't take another manager from Hibs. The job seems to be a bit of a poisoned chalice. Managers that do well there, seem to nosedive after leaving club. Mowbray, Stubbs and Lennon to name a few.

I heard that Dermot Desmond is in town. Should we read anything into that as for as the future of our manager is concerned? I know he does turn up from time to time so it may just be a coincidence. Just wondering. HH.

I just can't think of any other ambitious club that would have kept a manager with such poor performance and unusual tactics in some games that we have with our current manager. It just baffles me.

I would expect him to be. We have gone from being the top club in Scotland to now praying we will win a game. Being and looking professional to at time very amateur. Change has to come.

Statistically things aren't too bad in the league compared to normal seasons, we are heading for around 88 points if the form over last 13 games maintains. That is normally plenty to win the title and I don't expect the board to sack the manager considering that.

This is not a normal season though and Rangers look like eclipsing that.

We need to see the level of grit, professionalism and ruthlessness we had in 2016/ 17.

I don't think I've seen a single name mentioned I am 100% confident can deliver - there's drawbacks with just about everyone. One thing is for sure though, looking at our next 5 league games now is the time to make the change.

Lennon needs help, maybe bulking up the coaching staff might be a more reliable way of achieving success.

I mentioned a little a while ago about the possibility of us going for karamoko brother and I've just seen a headline suggesting the same thing to tempt dembele to stay with us. He looks like a good player as well from what I hear.

Any truth in Lennon being called in?

Surely he has to be. Questions need to be answered.

Yeah he's been called in to be told he's doing a great job. Rangers winning the league is good for business.

While they're at it, they should call in Eddy, Ntcham, Duffy and the other serial under-performers that have got us in this position.
For a squad that have made history and could go on to be immortal - there are too many petulant pricks going through the motions.

Celtic_mad if Lenny wasn't the manager I doubt they players would be under preforming. Eddy goes and players for France and bangs in the goals then comes back and doesn't look interested and he's not alone.
These player probably see Lennon has no clue so have no respect for him. Totally different attitude from when Rodgers was manager and players were chasing down every ball. Now they look to be blowing out their arse after 70 minutes.

Only people that have got us into this position IMO is the board and Lenny.
