A few bookmakers have suspended bets on Eddie Howe being appointed the next Celtic manager.
Other bookies are as low as 1/ 10 odds on.
I’m still not convinced, time will tell.

Can't see any 1/ 10.

I read it wrong Pod.
The articles I read mentioned PP and Betfair went as low as 1/ 10 before those bookmarkers suspended the betting.
There’s other firms now at 1/ 5.

I see this all the time with bookies Buzz.
Rumours are spread (usually by Sky) forcing prices down and the majority of the time there is absolutely no truth in the rumour. It's not unusual for at least 3 managers going odds on at some point and not one of them getting the job.
As Mally says, it's not worth taking serious until they hit about 1/ 33 then you know there's something in it.
It is strange that there aren't any strong rumours but this is how the club should be going about things. i'm just hoping somethings happening in the background.

Don’t know what more Lenny needs to get wrong before he gets sacked. Iv a horrible feeling he will remain in charge until transfer window is closed making post less attractive if you don’t have option to bring even a couple of your own men in.

I would imagine if Celtic appointed Howe it would be immediately.

I love love to think there is a plan going on behind the scenes for a manager and players but I think it’s wishful thinking, we don’t even have a new defender in yet 😔.

Its terrible for the business model of the club as well as the football side.

Who would want to invest in a club that has no contingency strategies, no ambition for growth, its pathetic.

The club is becoming a mockery and it needs sorted now, not tomorrow!

A sky reporter has tweeted that the review of the celtic management is ongoing and may conclude end of Jan. we will see if that's right and we see players come then we know he's been backed.

Should of changed the manager after the Sparta Prague game to give the new man enough time to get a squad together for the summer European qualifiers. Now we will get to a new manager who has no time to bring a new team in.
