Reading a lot of news reports today that have been posted after match. A lot of them saying we have a mole in the club and our starting 11 always leaks out before we play rangers. I thought that was already sorted that they found the mole.

Also I thinking the players aren't responding with the management team. Is Damain Duff a bigger loss than we thought and Gavin Strachan isn't up for it. You practice your play and defending in training but we look like a team who haven't trained in months. Our team is slow and passing back the ball all them.

The players look like they don't have a clue how to play as the management team doesn't know the best formation to play, don't know the best 11 and players in right positions. We bought Turnhill, Soro, shaved now out on loan. But Lennon still picks Ntcham in the team . We are buying players but they will never get a chance in the first team with Lennon.

Totally lost the dressing room and regardless if we end up winning the league it's time for him to walk, we have a decent squad of players but Lennon just doesn't know how to get the best out of them, a total change in management is needed with a new sense of direction.

Lennon, Kennedy and strachan should walk and a new manager with his own ideas and backroom team should come in, would like to see broony take up the coaching role so someone is there who's been through it to give advice.

I'm not buying this whole it's early in the season patter, he's had 18 months to move forward and he's made this squad go backwards.

To put it into hindsight, he's played rangers 6 times and won 3 and lost 3. Even the games we won rangers have been the far better team, we just got lucky.

Rangers have a team of players who want to play for their manager, we're the polar opposite, the performances don't lie.

Either play Duffy in a 4 or get him to **** carthorse, first goal on him must hold the line donkey, get him to ****. That lot were not great, we are just ****in awful. Lennon knew how they were going to line up they only play 1 way yet we make it easy for them.

Apart from the Cup final where Fringpong was sent off he has been bullied out the game there's no doubt he is great with the ball one on one they just overload that side and ping balls on top of him. That's why for all his skills he couldn't cut it down the road. We will get going again but we need Griff and Eddy in the team Ntcham and Moi not for me Big Fraz is a miss but HH onwards and upwards.

Ntcham is a complete waste of a Jersey. Could never understand why so many wanted him in the team. He goes missing too often. This is the guy who not only said he wanted to leave but also said he was too good for the standard of our league. I w ould take Lewis Ferguson over him. I'd prob take Power and Dicker too. Believes his own hype. Maybe he is only in the team to try and keep Eddy sweet. Who knows. One thing it's not is his performances. He is a Championship player at best.

I really hope this isn't going to be a regular occurrence with Duffy, absolutely dreadful the past few games and can only hope he's still getting there in terms of match sharpness. Barkas is a complete waste of money, said it before on here that signing a foreign keeper was a massive risk and so far been proved right. He's had enough time to settle but his reactions are woeful.

The only centre mid I would keep is mcgregor, brown is totally past it and if he has any respect for the fans he should step aside for the good of the team, he does nothing but slow the game down because he clearly hasn't got the legs anymore.

Ntcham is quite possibly in the top 5 who are a waste of a celtic jersey and elyounoussi is right behind him, absolutely diabolical and shouldn't be near the team.

Time for a total revamp with mcgregor christie and turnbull in the middle, Forrest and laxalt on the wings when he's fit.

Some might disagree but I really think frimpong is overrated and looks lost half the time, a bit of speed about him that's about it.

The rumour is Lawwell is leaving at the end of the season no matter what happens.
