I'd offer D Utd a few of our other players on loan! They are a huge club with history and I definitely don't want them going out the league! Teams like Caley Thistle (even although I love John Hughes) Killy and Hamilton wouldn't be missed, especially with those bloody plastic pitches! Playing for Utd would be ideal, - huge pressure, big club, decent stadium etc! I'd refer Ryan Christie there than Caley! Also O'Connell if they would take him! I doubt Allen and GMS would fancy it but we need to get rid of some of the squad players! Allen is good technically but is no where near fit/ dedicated enough for me! He's like a young Kris Commons, there is at least 20% improvement in there. Ronny has to sort this out - it won't be long until he's been here 2 years and the team are nowhere near as fit and dynamic as I was expecting! There shouldn't be a choice about doing extra sessions, it should be mandatory, and if they can't handle it they should be told to leave! We're not even remotely good enough to be taking any of this lightly! For me this stuff is unforgivable because you don't need a huge transfer budget, or need to be playing in a great league! It lies at Ronny's door, the galling thing for me is he obviously knows how important fitness and all the basics are but it's not happening! I've said before that some of the teams you watch would run over the top of us, - look at Juve 2/ 3 years ago! The Italians have been doing it since the 80's, - some of the German coaches went over there years and years ago and said it looked like they had an extra player, especially Milan under Sacchi, - you don't need money for that! Even teams like Portsmouth and Leicester are running more than other teams, I think them along with Tottenham, it's not luck, they deserve what they are getting!

We have too many midfielders at the club, with Allen and Chritie at the end of the queue behind Johansen, Bitton, Brown, Armstrong, Rogic, Commons, Forrest and GMS.
If you include Boerigter, Mulgrew and Stokes then it's pretty obvious we have a ridiculously unbalanced squad and need to address the deficiencies and surpluses asap.
We are very short of real quality in defence, up front and in the wide areas and RD has had plenty time to assess this.

Celtic finalizing the transfer Ivana Močinić. Representatives Celtic should be going to the river in Dubai to find out whether the young Rijeka footballer to accept their terms. Final interviews will be carried out on Croatian soil, director of the Scottish champion John Park announced his arrival in Zagreb.

Since the zakomplicrala situation Anas Sharbini, Močinić remains the only player of Rijeka, which realistically can leave the club in the winter transfer period. The only official offer so far arrived in Sharbinija, who refused to go to China.

For Močinić no club has not sent an official offer, for all those interested know the conditions. As soon as someone Rijeka pay a total of slightly more than 3 million euros (2.7 mil. Euros plus reimbursement for development) fixed compensation, Močinić can go.

Celtic falls into the category of clubs, which will easily pay 3 million euros in damages if Močinić agree to the terms. A Močinić has reason to calculate the year of the European Championship finals in France.

Just got in the wider list of team members and any change of environment represents a risk. No one knows how many can take a period of adjustment to the new environment. If you stay in Rijeka until the summer, Močinić is sure to play and to have a real chance to see France. In this case, next summer will have no problem finding a club that is willing to pay a fixed compensation.

On the other hand, Celtic are an attractive club in the league for the appropriate step in Močinićevoj career. For ambitious players like Močinić not long way from Scotland to the English Premier league.

Mocinic certainly looks like he can play a bit but cm definitely isn't the priority. Probably be to replace Bitton in the summer.

We've only really got Biton and Brown in the holding role, Mulgrew is out of contract and if he leaves I'm cool with that! I also think in Europe you could have the option of playing a 433 with Biton, Brown and someone else. So for me the holding midfield role is a priority. I'd also like someone who can play with his head up and control a game/ keep possession/ pass the ball! We also badly need at least 1 centre half, and a no 9. The only part of the team were we have options is in the attacking midfield role, and even then it's quantity as opposed to quality we have!

What we need is a striker, when stokes we don't have much backup, ciftci needs time, but I prefer him out left cutting in, so only leaves us with Griffiths and Cole.
