Saidy Janko arrives, although a wee bit later then was expected.
Vossen not on our list according to certain folk? Wrong - again taken a bit longer than expected but he will give his decision in the next few days. Several clubs after him, and fee/money from EPL/Championship will dwarf our offer BUT champions league football may outweigh cash, a player who is hungry for football and not cash?

Football over cash? He'd be playing a better standard of opposition every week than we do, we're also not guaranteed CL group stages so I don't see where you're coming from with that one.

Checked in, and was over the moon initially from the tip! Cooled the flames of the 100k ship sail psyche creeping in,momentarily, didn't want that shabby beast cifti tbh (3am princess last call taxi lumber of a signing and I always had him down as one of Them without feasibly being so , unfair but warranted! ). Pray/hope/wish vossen comes now but its in the same ilk of a fat guy bringing presents to you for christmas. its your da and he isn't going to shell out for the best pair of boots but a pair that will do you, and you won't remember in a few years time.
Maybe i'm blind (enthusiastic) hopeful (delusional) half cut (and on the road to help) RD MUST have a wee sneaky signing lined up that the DR doesn't know about? Janko done, but ill repeat my old mans line of “dont sell mathews/lustig till we know janko can cut itâ€
Our best finishing first 10 of last season will be the guys that determine our fate. progression comfortable or stress free is down to our transfer movement after our first two "minnow" games

Could hope for better of course but given some forwards we've signed in the past half a decade this will be a great signing. Good goalscorer. Finds himself there for the tap-ins but can stroke the ball in from 18 yards. A very clever finisher. I'd be pleased with this signature. Kept an eye on Belgian footy for a few years now and since people on here have mentioned him kept a particularly close eye on him at Boro last term. If we punt Stokes and get a goalscoring wing forward in, such as Delgado, we'll be looking better in the forward department after one window. It's just nice to get players in, like the lads in January, that you almost know will improve the side.

Personal terms then a medical? Hopefully its not crap I've been told, but the guy usually is spot on with his info. He knows were the net is and had a small set back and played as a number 10 at Middlesbrough, basically he was played out of position hence the small return on the goal front. With our system he would bang them in every week, also has a good European tally 18/34 games some in the CL.
Pre season starts next week and expect 2 players in, with a few more in the pipeline.
Could be a good early summer for us while the zombies scrap the barrel .

Number 7 jersey is just a worthy as any Celtic jersey no matter what number you have on your back you should be able to play to the level us as Celtic fans expect of you.

I for one would not mind if guidetti did leave! Decent player but I don't think we should be pining all our hopes on him! Let griffiths get a run of games,and I'll bet he scores just as much as guedetti! Nuthin against the guy but I've got a feelin he'll be one of these players who moves from club to club starting well then fading away! Think with the transfer fee and the wage he would want,it would be better spent elsewhere

Funny how he is suddenly homesick after the swansea rumour and his pal ledley is away. He is injured more than he's fit and we have decent cover at rb so I woudn't be 2 fussed about him being sold tbh
2.) If we get a decent amount of cash i'd let him go, looks like rd will be using ambrose at rb, plus we have fisher
3.) Can't see why anyone would think it'd be good to let commons go. Unless he's desperate to leave or we get offered silly money. The guys just off the back of probably his best season ever, and for not being an out and out striker gets us plenty of goals. It's all about opinions but personally as I said unless he's unhappy, or we get an offer we can't refuse for me commons would be going nowhere. I fact it wasn't so long ago he wanted to commit the rest of his playing career to celtic. What's changed?
4.) Matthews has not lived up to his early promise sadly, he really looked the part at first, but injuries seem to have taken their toll on the boy.Truth be told he has been a passenger for a while now. 2-3m and I would grab it and run.
5.) I haven't seen any news of A Matthews home sickness anywhere .
6.) Garry, it's not that commons wants to go. It's the fact offers coming in for a player with zero sell on in 2-3 yrs.
For me, I'd keep him so long as wage demands not ott. £ for £ one of the best signings in a longtime.

Absolute P1sh, and the blame lies at the board. Not one of those players should be kept, a disgrace.
1.) The players available should have been able to make a far better fist of qualifying . I think the players should take a good hard look at themselves . I think only Matthews and McGregor tried I would get rid of the lot, and if necessary play the youths. Deila must have lost the dressing room . In that case the players would be better gone, they were never that irreplaceable .

3.) If it wasn't for Eds revalation of Laudrup's time at Swansea he would be my 1st choice, but as it stands. Could do without that hassle. If he took those liberties in the EPL he would be taking half season holidays in the Scottish Premier League and we would never train! lol

Ed rumoured has it that Guidettis agent had informed all teams in the EPL that he is available for free this summer, and also he asked Celtic for 35k p.w. that's why he is keeping his options open.
