that was different class yesterday apart from the lull after half time, they genuinely thought they were gna do it, its the hope that kills them hahaha got to see big olly back yesterday and lustig who has took some stick but never hides. and the big Norwegian king he celebrated that tackle like a goal. don't let them drag us down they lost the plot coz our captain fantastic has them like puppets on a string -#herewegofor10inarow.

Can't believe some of the negativity towards Lennon. Did anyone else see the draws against Murtys mighty rangers at home!? Or was that ok because it was Rodgers.
We've played crap most of the season, not just because Lennon took over. Rogic looked so off the pace yesterday so not sure why he was put on, but i'd honestly prefer to play our players rather than developing other teams. Come the summer when some deadwood and loan players have left. We can make some quality additions and give our youth a chance to step up. I personally think Lennon would be more than capable.

Rodgers team poor not cos lennonon took over . negativity towards Lennon . can't believe why rogic played . put on by lennon 1967stephen you still on the bevvy 😋.

We dominated for 65 mins and had ntcham and Sinclair scored we'd have been comfortable it's not lennys fault they missed gilt edged chances or who was to know boyata is going to get injured cut the guy a bit of slack.

4.) 01 Apr 2019 13:00:29
He took a lot of risks with KT, (that backfired) Ntcham who hasn't played this year and the same with Rogic and we nearly blew it.
In three of his five games we have had to win with late goals, with our only win by two clear goals against Hibs in the Cup.
The team have been struggling to find their best form since the upheaval and maybe things will settle down now with such a lead and players boosting their confidence and fitness? We will see.
There was only one real candidate after the BR turmoil and the players have shown fantastic mental strength, while struggling for fitness and form, but have responded well to the challenge.
However, as much as I appreciate NL and all that he has done for Celtic over the years and hope there's a role somewhere for him;
I think if we want to progress, we need to look forward instead of back and that goes for Clarke as well.
However, I have a feeling the Board will have no choice if he delivers the 3 x 3 trophies.

The teams form has nothing to do with Rodgers leaving, the form under Rodgers this season has been bad. We scraped past hearts with Neil Lennon in charge, they beat us 1-0 at tynecastle with Rodgers in charge. We beat Hibs in the cup 2-0 with lennon we got beat 2-0 by them with Rodgers. People say we hit form after the winter break but we were under performing prior to that. Since the turn of they year Rodgers team beat Airdrie, st mirren, st Johnstone, Hamilton, Hibs and Motherwell all at paradise. Kilmarnock and st Johnstone away from home. I can’t imagine much of us expected anything but wins in those games. I appreciate some people don’t want Neil Lennon and he wouldn’t be my first choice but considering the form our team have been in I don’t think we can criticise Lennon for his matches. Ed007 have you heard anything else on the manager front? Please rule out David Moyes for me.

Do you think we've been good this season DRB? i think we have been total pish, its only because everyone else is so pish that were so far ahead! And just because Lennon has come in and won all but 1 of his games in charge including at easter road which 'the messiah' couldn't do, i won't stick the knife in.

7.) 01 Apr 2019 19:32:45
Moyes would be a horrific appointment.

20 Mar 2019 15:01:33
see a lot of folk not wanting lennon full time - who would be your choice?
mines would be Marco Rose or Slaviša Jokanović he had fulham playing good football to get promoted.

1.) 20 Mar 2019 15:33:10
Benitez, Martinez, or Eric Ten Haag.

2.) 20 Mar 2019 15:41:14
Marco rose would be ma preference but if ed says it's between lennon and Clarke, I'd take lennon as I don't think Clarke could handle the abuse he would get now they know they can get to him.

3.) 20 Mar 2019 16:09:45
Jokanovic couldn't get his team to defend properly when they went into the Premier league so I would fear for us in Europe if he got the job.
I don't know if any planning has been done before Rodgers departure, judging by the reports of a rift between him and Lawwell it must have been obvious within the club that Rodgers days were numbered so hopefully they've been planning ahead.

4.) 20 Mar 2019 17:21:31
Listening to Clarke makes me want to phone the Samaritans.

5.) 20 Mar 2019 17:26:05
I was reading today that Gerry Collins ( Ex Partick assistant ) thinks we are close to agreeing with Martinez and maloney for next season . Not sure how he would know but that’s what I read . Personally I would prefer rose, I’m not too convinced about Martinez, he has a squad of great players at Belgium . Didn’t pull up trees at Everton and I’m not sure but I think he was relegated with Wigan.

6.) 20 Mar 2019 17:39:21
I’ve already phoned them and asked for some cans.

7.) 20 Mar 2019 18:13:43
Ged that guy was brilliant.

8.) 20 Mar 2019 19:17:40
What about Oscar Garcia? We were linked with him before Deila was appointed. Done well at Salzburg and is without a club so he will cost nothing.

9.) 20 Mar 2019 20:45:29
Sexy foreign names don't always work.

10.) 20 Mar 2019 21:01:54
Great shout BigBhoy.

11.) 21 Mar 2019 13:22:13
Marco Rose for me too. He plays the kind of football we like to see. Similar to how we played in the invincible season.

The Bhoy Shved looks a real talent. heres hoping he can come over and settle he has a cracking left foot.
Bayo i think was always going to be next season even if Rodgers had stayed. Who would you fancy for the job mate? i seen the AVB rumours id take him in a heartbeat.

nothing against lennon but i think its a step back the way. he is a 100% legend and has come in and steadied the ship. Rose away back to Germany to that team way the long name lol think it will between Rafa or Roberto keep clear of Moyes.

not for me - he lost the plot that year when Liverpool where top and fergie turned the heat up on him - mind his FACTS statement its up there way Keegan`s rant. :) good manager but again his time has been and went. think we need someone who can continue with a similar style of football played under Rodgers.

{Ed007's Note - What style was that, the monotonous slow passing about the back and lack of creativity & urgency or the getting pumped 5-0 at home (7-1 away) by PSG style?
Yeah we've been dominating the domestic game but over the last 18 months or so the actual football we've played has been a hard watch as we consistently struggle to break teams down and there's no way passing the ball around our own 18-yard box - I've seen us taking short corners and free-kicks around the opposition's box and the ball has ended up back at our GK - isn't going to fix that.}

ntcham has been in and out of form this season but the over reaction to this is poor, he's still a young player there always going to have dips in form. i don't buy this whole he is unhappy coz moussa left he wouldn't have signed a new contract if he wanted out.
