Why folks tryin tae blame gordon kolo was shown up today but their goal was class if moult was consistent he would be a class act but anyway when we were 2 down i wasnt worried i just knew we would win best celtic team i have seen for years even when moussa is playinpish we still get the goals tae win such a great time tae be a tim n btw heard mcghee spat his dummy oot again dodged a bullet there lol.

If you watch it back, moussa played a few good passes after holding up to lead to goals.

Wee bit of perspective in order i reckon i didn't expect us to do much against one of the worlds best club sides but to know we not at their level is no bad thing especially when i think back to 2 buns in my work talking about last season when they got pumped oot league cup by st johnstone their excuse was they weren't ready! Still enjoyed the game tonite.

No one likes losing but we're playing against the best team in the world, who can spend £75mil on one player! There's been a lot of positives n I think we'l reap the benefits next season. I know izzy was at fault but look who he's up against! I still enjoyed the game, I thought brown was immense, I thought he was done, but he's been fantastic!

2.) 24 Nov 2016 18:38:24
Steviebhoy . Izzy was one of our best players in the first half but he was conned and cheated by low life from Sout America who created the penalty and Izzy bought it . I am not sure how Izzy could have avoided getting caught up with his arm wrapped inside and trapped inside Suarez' s rm

We have similar situations recently in Gaelic Footballer when the player with the ball traps an opponent's arm under his and makes his way to the ground and inevitably cons the referee.

Just a thought but if sterling is worth 48 million young tierney must be around the same the bhoy went toe to toe with him n it was fascinating to watch both were evenly matched n that was kt's goal who cares bout deflections lol.

1.) 29 Sep 2016 19:41:04
Not so sure we would get anywhere close to 48 million but there is no denying Tierney's ability and massive potential. If he ever did leave then I am confident we would be receiving a massive fee in return.

Going back to last night's game, if you watch the lead up to Tierney's goal (I'm giving it to him) , you will see him bombing forward from deep and he is waving his hands in the air like a mad man to get Rogic's attention. If you did not notice it you should watch again as it's class.

I cannot praise young Tierney enough and what an experienced head on young shoulders - on top of his talent and fabulous ability.
He has a terrific engine, great control and can cross, shoot and tackle and is still only a bhoy!
Even when he is not at his best - which is very rare - he never hides and keeps plugging away, trying to help the team.
He reminds me of a young Danny McGrain - but possibly even better?
I truly hope he stays a Celt for a long, long time.

3.) 29 Sep 2016 20:56:48
I thought Tierney would be the closest player to 20 mill transfer and set a record. But now Dembele is and probably 1st ever 20+ mill. was thinking of a nice sell on clause as well! PL needs to play hard ball and get a true epl money transfer! I hope Dembele stays for years but at some point he would want to go to the highest level.

We do have some expensive players that could bring in way more then the Wanayma, Van dyk, Forster years.

4.) 29 Sep 2016 21:00:00
He has a better shot than Danny McGrain, lol. However, he seems to be made of steel, just like McGrain was.

Long way to go before he can be talked about the same as McGrain but the early signs are extremely promising.

in my town of greenock Tierney as wee like to call it is granite the wee man's celtic to the core.

6.) 30 Sep 2016 22:08:12
Hopefully in 15 years time when K Tierney starts to wind down his career we will remember him as K Tierney our best left back .

Been thinkin bout the new year derbies and it is an absolute disgrace the sfa has ignored the oldest glasgow derby for a game that has only been in existence for basically 2 years partick thistle are our local rivals why are we no playin them?

1.) 16 Sep 2016 22:05:06
On the bright side Steff it's good to get an easy game and a guaranteed 3 points before the winter break.

2.) 17 Sep 2016 16:56:28
Pathetic. Our rivals r rangers and always will be. Would have preferred new years day but jus glad it's bk. HH.

3.) 18 Sep 2016 08:43:53
I used to love the old Firm games but since this new club was formed in don't have any feelings towards this game anymore. I prefer celtic v aberdeen or celtic v hearts games more.

Was checking tickets for man city at the etihad n tthey are charging fans on cup ticket scheme just 75 for 3 match package n sth not on it £80 i will still pay the 99 for our 3 games but surely uefa should have a policy where all prices are set by them so that all fans pay the same.

Stef88

1.) 27 Aug 2016 12:49:29
Pretty reasonable for 3 games when Bayern Munich fans were charged £64 for a ticket for one game against Arsenal.

2.) 27 Aug 2016 13:54:57
Man city struggle to sell out their stadium so they have to keep that in mind. 99 isn't too bad considering the group we have. No doubt be pushing 110 once booking fees are added haha.

3.) 27 Aug 2016 13:56:53
What is the away tickets capped at now in the epl and wonder how much it will cost for us to visit city.

4.) 27 Aug 2016 16:55:56
Isn't Barcelona prices meant to be pretty extortionate for one game?

It could be worse i suppose while we are bringing in £12m wingers there's a new club across the city who have brought in a young superstar worth at least 200k hahaha how times have changed and the best thing is we are getting these players fairly not by means of cheating ☺.

Honestly don't know why fans on here are unhappy about this move if it was even just to end of season i would be thrilled its not often one of englands most promising talents come up to scotland the boy was bought for 11 million i can't wait to see him in the hoops! Even if he makes half the impact denayer made its well worth it.

Dembele i can't speak highly enough of him if he sticks around long enough he could be one of the greatest to wear the hoops what a player that tackle as well towards the end shows his work rate as well.

Didn't the Lord almighty Brendan Rodgers first European game end in utter humiliation? I want to be optimistic but right now nothing's been achieved and as for a free pass in Europe does he get that because he's celtic minded unlike the previous manager who was up against it from day one.

Also I didn't say brendan should go just assuming on past managers experiences there is no time for failure in Europe according to some fans.
