Shocking performance from us tonight just not good enough at the end of the day, meant to build the team to move forwards not backwards, struggling against Athens what sort of gubbings would we be get if we actually got through? Should have had replacements for Armstrong and Roberts and a decent cb also need a striker Dembele never fit and wee griffs isnae firing need some every position cb, rm and st simple as that poor poor performance.

We have started off this season the same way we finished last season, and that is delivering average performances. AEK are an average side. Over 2 legs we should beat them. Better sides than AEK in Europa. Last 10 or 12 league games last season our win ratio and goals scored was less than Rangers, Aberdeen and Hibs. We have just continued that trend. I don't think we are much better right now than the rest of the SPL top 4 and with the finances at our disposal that is really poor. BR may not have the recruits in that he wants but he needs to get more out of the squad he has. He is not blame free either. The players need to stand up and be counted as well. Some of the performances tonight were below what we expect.

This Boyata fiasco is just not a good image for us I'll help pack his bags for him he is clearly does'nt want to be here or play for our jersey in a time where we need him even though I don't rate him he was pish when he arrived from city and BR brought him back into the fold and out of the cold now he back stabs us with his refusal to play and his agent just pushing for a move for his cut of the transfer money grabbing snake might as well get rid and cash in now before he goes for free.
