A lot of you looking for a target man up front.
Anyone fancy Chris Wood of Burnley?
Rather we splashed some cash on someone like this than some free transfer from Sunderland.

RJ10 - Wood is a decent player but as we already know your average 5 million rated striker in most leagues would go for 30 million in the pub league.
I’d pretty much say we won’t be signing anyone we have heard of from an EPL team.

Aye he is a decent player, 60 goals in league over the last 5 years. Unfortunately I also think he would cost at least 15 million and with wages, signing fee and agents fees it's out of our reach. Pretty depressing but it shows how much football has changed since the days of Sutton, Harston and Thompson. I often ask myself how much would they cost now, and who would you rate in the same class, at this moment in time? Hail Hail, keep the faith ðŸ€.

Anyone who is valued at over £7m and has richer clubs in better league's interested, should be immediately dismissed as havering. Likewise anybody on £40grand a week and up. Do we forget who are running us and their form every window? There are plenty of excellent players out there. Our scouts can't find them, but they are there. We need people who can unearth talent before we can't afford them. Our board always go cheap. That's not always terrible, but it tends to be the way that for every 40 punts we take, we are lucky to get two who actually play. My fear is Ange will be hogtied, by that rubbish recruitment and go. cheap and hope he's a Wanyamna BS that has derailed us.

Not watched much of the Euros and not sure of Brexit regulations, if any for getting players.
Forget the big teams at the Euros as their players are costly.
Anyone seen players within our price range from Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Slovakia, North Macedonia, Poland, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
Surely some decent full backs, central defenders, wingers or strikers among them?

Watched quite a few games so far, there is that worry about World/ Euro Cup fever. Few of the players from Sweden and Austria that I thought would be in our price range are way out of it. I think Danny Ward (GK) and Connor Roberts (RB) have looked good for Wales though and Jere Uronen (LB) for Finland. Problem with the Euros is that a lot of players representing their countries will be due a break when it's done, which could coincide with the champs league qualifiers.

I think that is exactly the type of Manager we should be trying to attract.
If not him, someone similar, but he would do me.
Pay the salary required instead of squandering money on Duffy etc.

Really rate him as a manager and he seems a decent bloke too. But don't think we've any chance of getting him at all, I'm surprised one of Europe's bigger clubs haven't gone in for him already.

Ralf Rangnick or Rafa Benitez that's the level we should be looking at, not Eddie Howe and certainly not Roy Keane.
Invest in top manager instead of the Shane Duffy's and such like.
If the club want to keep Kennedy it needs to be in another role.
The board can't be accused of not spending money, their big mistake was appointing Lennon.
Our recruitment of late should be under review and if Lennon is having the say on these players like Turnbull etc, why is he not playing them.
I think I'll throw a brick at the TV the next time Frimpong is at right back, he is hopeless in that position.
Make the changes now before it really is too late, let's go to Ibrox in January with new ideas in place, it will give the new man a few weeks to look at everybody and get some new faces in early January and if ceratain individuals want out now, let them go.
