I remember watching GMS at d United and he was so skillfull and dangerous down the left wing always tearing full backs to shreds, I remember one game vividly when he tore oldco a new hole at Ibrokes. Just wondering why we haven't seen anything like the form he showed at Tannadice.

because that is not the style we play but you may have noticed that GMS has improved in terms of end product and is getting more goals.

My own theory is the mental side of things. There's a few players who have been totally unaccpunted for in the big or grittier games. GMS is one of them. He should be able to run rings around opponents in a Celtic side when he's on form. Finding your feet in the run in is better than nothing. Hopefully that's him settled in now, knowing what is expected from him every week.

He got the goal against hearts so fair play but how many times did he get round the wrong side of the hearts defence, he didn't even trouble them imo.

We got good results from GMS and Roberts on Saturday, they fitted in well in our system of play and I have seen a big improvement in GMS defensive positioning and work .
