Massive three points. Big Eddie exceptional when he came on. Sinky took his goals really well and will be a huge confidence boost before Mordor.

I said exactly the same thing! Edouard was superb when he came on, Sinclair is really finding his form and thank God Benkovic recovered!
Great effort by Collum to try and deny us three points.

Evening Bhoys and Ghirls. I'd just like to take this opportunity to wish all posters and Ed a very merry Christmas and a healthy and prosperous New Year. Unfortunately I'm working away over the festivities, but I'll be shouting the Bhoys on over the next two games. Everyone take care and God bless to you all and your families. All the best from a chilly North sea.

{Ed007's Note - That's a bummer stuck up there at this time of year - it's probably still warmer than Hamilton is right enough - but have as good a time as possible.}

Great result last night. Massive boost to the players and club to get a win on the road. These young players are improving game by game and are a joy to watch. Things are looking good under Brendan. Oh, and Rogics first touch is ridiculous! y good. Let's get the first cup of another treble tucked away on Sunday. Hail hail all from a choppy North sea.

But Stevie g has had a tremendous run in Europe 1 win in the group stages and only wins against minnows in the qualifiers and a team sitting 19 points below our Austrian opponents? Surely Stevie g’s Sevco are better than Brendan’s lot in Europe? 😂 roll on Sunday a strong performance against the sheep get the first trophy in the bag. I see wee equal sir Walter of the brogues record of 7 consecutive trophies in a row if we win on Sunday.

Big hearts needed tonight. Yes, respect them, but do not fear them. Keep it tight at the back and cut out the amateur mistakes. We will get chances during the game and we must take them. Hopefully we'll all be celebrating tonight. Hail hail Bhoys and Ghirls.

Well Kev, if McKenna's the type of player we've been scouting, then there's not much to look forward to. Times are bleak.

I'm really perplexed to be reading that this morning. It's not a big gamble, it's a massive gamble! If he has identified target's for the summer, fair enough, but we desperately need at least one solid centre half in now, if only for the rest of the season. We are getting made to look really amateurish in the recent transfer dealings and I sincerely hope the hierarchy know what their doing.

It's sometimes being better lucky than good. Yes Rosenberg did us a favour and yes Strasbourg were much better than us last night, but were overdue a rub of the green in Europe. We qualified on merit, we obtained more points than the other two teams and that's all that matters.

We were up against an extremely well organised side last night and to get a maximum 18 points from the group is highly impressive. Hopefully we can look at them and learn. They were excellent. Anyway let's enjoy the moment. European football after Crimbo is what our illustrious manager strives for at the start of the season. He has delivered. Hail hail Bhoys and Ghirls.

McManus wore his heart on his sleeve and always put his head in where it hurt. He'd probably be the first to admit to having his limits, but he always gave his all for the cause. The youngsters will learn plenty from this good Celtic man.

In over 50 years supporting the Bhoys, I've never seen us linked with so many players, it's ridiculous. I realise that most of it is utter sh. te but still. Brendan will surely know what we need in the player department, and we would like to think that groundwork on the priority positions have already been done since the summer. If not, it's going to end in tears for someone at the club. Let's keep the faith Bhoys and Ghirls. Football's back Saturday and hopefully get off to a flying start and go on a lengthy winning run and leave the pretenders in our slip stream. Hail hail.

Wouldn't touch McKenna with a sh. t. y stick. There's got to be better out there.
