So lennon saying 2-3 players in tomorrow and Tuesday and hopefully take them to Sweden to integrate them with squad! Dear god I hope he knows something concrete on this actually happening because if it doesn’t happen after all the other stuff he’s came out with he will get an absolute pounding! I really wish he would just say nothing honestly! Even if he does know for certain just keep quiet until it’s done and dusted! On the game today, massive credit to bayo for his 2 goals! Should give him massive confidence while also showing Griffiths he needs to keep on his toes! Good win after a mid week game and love seeing levein getting humped! lol.

So we’re now a week on from the shambles of the cluj game, 1 week less of the transfer window and still no sign of players coming in! No left back no right back cover or midfielder! A disgrace is an understatement by the way! Not a hint of being proactive and trying to boost morale for fans and the team! Held in utter contempt by lawell and the rest how are running our club! How many feel he should walk if we fail to do number 9? And take the manager with him! There’s a dark cloud hanging over our great club right now when it should be the exact opposite! Scunnered is putting it mildly!

It’s actually beyond a joke Tony! We’ve yet again dragged our heels through another transfer window! It’s staggering how inept our transfer dealings are by the way! Like I said a week on from a disastrous result in Europe and not even a hint of some fresh faces to lift what for me after Saturday looks a massively downbeat squad! It’s to good enough by a long shot but the galling this is that the people in ‘charge’ of our club couldn’t give a toss what the fans think!

In my opinion, We can't wait until the 9 is gone. To me The Clueless One has 2 weeks to get this sorted. If we get knocked out of the EL and lose at Mordor then he has to go, personally I didn't want him back in the first place even when Rodgers walked.
We desperately need a DOF who will tell Lawwell to stay out of football matters and concentrate on what he does best.

Centre halfs were excellent tonite by the way! Delusion at its finest! Like watchn a re run of a bad movie over and over and over again! 17 goals conceded in 5 EL games,2 wins in 11,27 goals conceded in that tome! Beat 5 times at home out of 10 games! Not won at home since September! Nothing to see here but, all will be ok!

Ajer is absolute gash. A good season a few seasons ago and he has not only peaked, rapidly declined.
To be honest I've never rated Ajer, he has always had a half decent CB beside him to make him look good apart from this season.
Forster covered his back on too many occasions last season and now he has been found out big time.

Someone else pointed out that we could've went with Ajer in the middle with Bitton right and Elhamed left. Ajer isn't a left sided CB although he's constantly played there we aren't getting the best out of him by playing him out of position. He still has a lot of his game to polish up on so I don't get why he's trying to push through a move when he's still not fully developed. He needs to be a lot more physical and dominate his box more and stop switching off in games.

Anybody else really pissed aff with Griffiths attitude? going into a 10iar season and he can’t even be bothered coming back fit! Absolutely no defence for him this time, shocking behaviour! Really loved seeing the wee man fight back to play a part last season but he’s shat all over his teammates manager and the fans who supported him! I would get shot of him if I’m being honest. also on another note I see the transfer windows opened til October the 5th. we better not be hanging about waiting on Forster for the next 10! It’s clearly an issue Griff has and relating back to EDs earlier posts u really are giving the media what they want by elevating the situation. He’s to join up with the squad next week and wasn’t the only player left at home to train.

Not sure how bad this current situation is with the lad, but it's one thing after another with him. To be honest, I wasn't happy about us signing him in the first place. He is not Celtic class, and I'm not talking about his footballing ability. Celtic players are hero worshiped by our young fans and they need to take that responsibility on board and conduct themselves accordingly. I certainly don't want my young lad looking up to the likes of Griff and saying "I want to be like him". Edouard however? The difference is night and day. That wee ned should never have been near our club. Great goal scorer but we've had many and many more to come.

I said the other day the Griffiths story would escalate and the lack of signings will kick in. As Ed had pointed out that there are others left behind to work on their personal fitness regimes to get them upto speed. Lennon doesn't seem to be up in arms like the media and fickle fans. Read about McClean and the 9 years of abuse he has took with no help. Get him signed up for his Tenth season of abuse with all the support and backing from us all here to be behind him. Lennon Brown McLean and Griffiths would have that lot going apoplectic.

The griff situation if it's a fitness thing. Fitness actually helps with your mental health. If it's true he's to hook up with the lads next week then it's not mental health he's needs to catch up with the rest of the lads with his programme as well as a few others who have been left behind. But not staying in shape and not fighting for your position is letting others take your place. He played football for a living fitness is what the body needs to improve Griff knows this why would he not look after himself only Griff know the answer.

I myself have suffered with bouts of depression and I know how hard it can be to motivate urself. but please spare the every time Griffiths makes a can't of it we jump on the mental health bandwagon! Can we please stop using mental health as an 'excuse'? He might well have issues. I do. I know other posters and major contributors do. We're a charitable club but we don't pay players the wages we do to get over personal troubles. He's come back less fit than some of the squad, so f*ck? It's not just LG by the way. Too much being put into this. For WHATEVER reason he needs a bit more fitness. Not his biggest fan either but if he knuckles down then within a fortnightbhe'll still have one of the best left pegs going.

Well Ed, in fairness I wasn't aware of those problems re Edouard and I only mentioned him as a comparison off the top of my head because the lad's attitude and mentality seems spot on for us. Perhaps he has had problems in the past, but he must have really learned from them. I believe it's called "personal development" and "growing up". Somethings Mr Griffiths could do with learning about. Bad comparison aside, I stand by what I said and we should never have signed someone like him, regardless of footballing ability.

So the Morton chief executive has said that Inverness along with hearts and sevco were putting together a resolution to have the season null and void! Shocker eh! Gardiner of ICT would have cost his club 175 grand if there grand plan had succeeded! Not going to get the scatter gun out but Lennon seriously has to take a look at himself yet again! Cluj Copenhagen and the Rangers all through poor tactics and players playing out of position! Plays a natural right back in frimpong last week when we should have won then changes it and puts a centre half at right back! McGregor at left back against cluj and fecking Lewis Morgan up front in the cup final! Our game management at 1-1 was appalling to be honest! Lennon has got credit for the league form and rightly so but some of the performances and decisions in big game have been woeful! That was an average team we played last nite as were cluj and the Rangers aren’t even average but they’ve all came to Celtic Park and won! Not good enough at all! Stop feckin about with players out of position and play them were they are supposed to play! On another note, how simonovic was kept on that pitch for 90 minutes god only knows! If Lennon had seen what we all seen and took him off at half time I’m convinced we would be in the last 16 this morning! He causes panic all across the back line which filtered to the stand! If they are thinking about offering this guy a new contract I’ll be truly stunned, a donkey!

Yes but why we're they all off it. not comfortable. with set up? . Not enough in midfield? lack of confidence in defence. We kept on hoofing ball up park out of defence instead of passing to our players. Ball kept on coming back inviting pressure ourselves. We did the exact same second half in Copenhagen. Our midfield missed Christie and Olly. gave ball away far too much. sloppy passing. lacked creativity middle to front. Eddy missed Griffiths. ah well on to quadruple treble. Last night was a free hit in my view and Lenny got it all wrong I'm missed opportunity.

We don’t go to Dubai then yesterday’s outbursts, lawells ‘apologies’, losing 16 members of staff and 2 unfortunate players wouldn’t have a potentially deadly C.V.! His interview lacked any sort of credibility and made him look a fool! Anybody with a half a brain can spot what he’s trying to do a mile away, and that’s the old the club against the world tactic! Not a mention of complete and utter failure on the pitch! Sooner he’s gone the better it will be for everyone, and I include him in that!
