What I posted earlier was simply what I was told vetbatim.
Personally I never want to see KT leave but if a bid of £30/ 40M comes in what do you think will happen!
And the fact McGinn is on holiday right now/ Scotland squad etc, are you seriously giving that as a reason why this transfer won’t happen ( once a transfer window opens btw) . Scott Allan plus fringe player on loan for a year plus cash, St Mirren due 33% sell on too.
{Ed007's Note - If a bid of £30/40 million comes in for KT nothing will happen, out of professional courtesy the Club would speak to the player and his agent and they would in turn thank them but turn down the move - or are you saying the Club would force Tierney to move even when he doesn't want to?}

Back after bit away. Long time reader of posts.
Was at game against Aberdeen, as a guest of season ticket holder of prominence who was himself in boardroom as a guest of the club. When asked if he had any snippets of info: “well this comes from the horses mouth, priority is a RB, a LB as cover for KT since sizeable bids will be received and one may be too high to turn down, and we are signing John McGinnâ€.
