Don't worry, apparently moyes is on standby to come in short notice.

1.) 17 Aug 2019 17:33:09
I never thought I'd say it but moyes would at very least organise the team better than that.

2.) 17 Aug 2019 17:36:06
I would honestly take Moyes, what's happening now is a total shambles, NL looks clueless and to defend playing Calmac at left back beggars belief.

3.) 17 Aug 2019 17:47:59
Good God, i hope you're joking.

4.) 17 Aug 2019 18:19:48
I'd take him over the clown we have.

5.) 17 Aug 2019 19:04:07
Really moyes are you having a giraff.
Has Celtic not been better than this time last year. ? It's a team getting to know a new manager new players it takes time.
Give it a chance I remember the pumelling Celtic fans on here gave Celtic players and Rodgers because the amount of draws we had we just could not break teams down. But we are doing that what are you wanting we are winning that was a nerve racking game but we came out tops or did you forget it was a cup game and usual fans think we will cake walk it. Dunfermline had a plan but stuck to it well a few better passes in the box by us and it would have been a cricket score.
Can we talk about our right back hamed how brilliant was he attacking running dribbles etc and bitton brilliant solid.

6.) 17 Aug 2019 19:30:00
I don’t normally jump the gun. but id happily go pick up Moyes the now!
Being serious tho, we’re at a crap point in time.
Lennon was a safe bet, thinking he would just see the season out, then someone new comes in early doors for the season starting right?
Anywhere else manager/ head coach would be out.
Not at Celtic tho, we sure know how to bawz things up when you don’t expect it 😂
Who would get the job now?
If the board make the move for a change? Then they’re admitting they are wrong 😂 so that won’t happen either.
cannot beat it ☺️
Said to a couple of boys in the work “we’re in for a long season” that was before the season started.
Sometimes need a wee downer before a get right up ye moment, hope we get one 🍀.

7.) 17 Aug 2019 19:36:44
Moyes? How much buckfast ye has the night mate?
I’d suggest laying aff it for a bit.

8.) 17 Aug 2019 20:31:13
I agree, problem with Lenny is this. A large majority of the support didn't want him. They accepted and got on with it, this was always going to happen when you have a divided support. First signs and cracks become crevices. Im sorry but I would take Moyes over Lenny simply because he has not went before and would be a change. IMO Lenny isn't strong enough to stand up to the board and was just delighted to be asked back, hence he won't rock the boat too much. Not what is required at Celtic for me. que the haters just my honest opinion. Its clear all is not well.

9.) 17 Aug 2019 20:56:24
Moyes will go stateside.

10.) 17 Aug 2019 22:10:02
Lennon perfect to get 8 but 9 and 10 is another game. Not professional and tactically niave. Should be wearing a suit not a ned tracksuit.

11.) 18 Aug 2019 01:35:19
Jjking what in does his attire have to do with anything tracksuit or suit who gives two ****s ? Playing cal at left back never worked against the people so why would it work another time? That’s the bottom line.

12.) 18 Aug 2019 02:23:51
There is no questioning Lennon's commitment to Celtic. He is 100% a Bhoy, I live 6 miles from his family and I know what the lad is all about. It's his actual ability that is being challenged. A couple of rough games, is that a real reason to call for his head? Don't get me wrong, I'm often a critic of him. If there is anyone I'd love it to work out for then it would be him but I'm feeling kinda neutral at the moment. We have lacked quality when it has mattered. HH.

13.) 18 Aug 2019 07:36:57
@fitnessguruandy a nerve racking game are you at the wind up that team are in the league below us and we should be taking 5 6 or 7 of these teams it should never be nerve racking. We were at home with pretty much a full team to choose from. Also bayo on the bench when we need a goal and he brings on the world class player that is Lewis Morgan. Brilliant lenny your tactics are superb as are your subs.

14.) 18 Aug 2019 08:19:55
Sorry pep going to have to let you go mate. The clobber just ain't cutting it lol.

26 May 2019 23:03:03
Ok, what’s happened has happened.
DOR required now as I think Lennon will be purely coaching and day to day squad stuff.
Any ideas / suggestions for a DOF to control recruitment, sports science, etc?

1.) 27 May 2019 07:14:47
I don't think he will be purely for coaching seeing as lawwell was saying how he's got an eye for a player and he's been away watching players.

2.) 27 May 2019 09:15:42
Lawwell won't spend money on wages for a dof.

3.) 27 May 2019 10:12:12
Lennon doing the coaching, when did he start that, he has never coached, Gary Parker did all the training.

4.) 27 May 2019 14:54:38
Martin oneil never did any coaching it was walford but that's ok.

5.) 27 May 2019 16:17:27
They did someone who knows how to do training at a high standard.

6.) 27 May 2019 21:00:44
Moyes our of work could be a cheap option for DOF I think he would do a decent job. Done well at Preston, Everton and West Ham as Manager. Was always going to be difficult at Utd following Sir Alex they are still pretty much the same and I think he dived in a bit at Sociedad.
Experience in BPL and Spain and a few contacts he might actually do a decent job.

7.) 27 May 2019 21:51:55
Wouldn't be surprised if Kennedy is DOF. Will work together with Lennon on recruitments and was originally going to be his job anyway. Be a kick in the teeth to demote him again when he was lined up to be promoted. Again it'll be a cheap option.

8.) 27 May 2019 21:55:57
M O'N didn't do any coaching at Celtic, by the time he managed RO'I neither Martin nor Roy Keane did any coaching.

9.) 28 May 2019 15:39:48
Its not Lawwell who decides whether Celtic have a D of F .
Lawwell role at Celtic is to implement the decisions of the Board, Board will decide if they want a D of F and give guidelines on budget involved.

Pish, he told celtic he wanted to look at his options after the Scottish cup final.
If he wasn’t for it, it would have “slipped” out over the last few months.

I personally don’t see KT being a major loss based on last seasons performances and important games missed through injury.

At 22 he never really reached the heights I thought he would when he first broke through.
He can be a very good player but I don’t see him as the world class player some fans do.

If roads are closed then hopefully it’s to prevent moyes and Lennon making their way to CP.

He’s managed in a very competitive league and probably over produced most of the time.
As for his win rate probably better than most managers who have left Celtic and went on to manage down south.

Think he’d be safe pair of hands but not particularly exciting.

This defeat will be worth it if Lennon doesn’t get the job. Completely outplayed.

We also have a far better squad the cluj who scored 5 against over the tie.
Good players mean fk all with poor management.

They have their tails up, will play with confidence, get their usual penalties and dodgy decisions and we will throw away unexpected points throughout the season.

We have a real battle this season and it’s our own doing, we are slipping back ever closer to their level.

If Gordon had made the mistakes Bain has recently he’d have been slaughtered for it, he’s still the best shot stopper we have.

Our net spend will be less than the compensation received for Rodgers and his crew.

Delia say squad lost 60 kilo when he took over, however it’s not that unusual for players to report back for preseason 2 or 3 lbs over so in real terms nothing massively unusual there.
On recent performances, certainly no worse than under Rodgers last 18 months.
The pressure on the players and manager after Rodgers walked out was the most any will have had in their life’s and the only thing that mattered was the next game.
One by one they got through them and made world history.
Now time for clearing loans and some deadwood, even brining I’m 4/ 5 players we will be stronger next season.

We lost the potential of 80plus? goals from dembelle, Armstrong, Roberts and Griffiths without replacing so all said it’s been an exceptional achievement.
Some decent recruiting and we will be flying next seas.
