Does anyone know for a fact the KT wants to leave? Find it strange we keep hearing he's keen but not pushing and the fact that he's usually pretty active on social media but not heard a peep in weeks.

Ed said last week that the player would be keen if the deal can be agreed between the two clubs.

A think he wants to go the wee man just doesn’t have the heart to come out and say it.

See that's what I was thinking, he might think he's letting the fans down but on the other hand I'm thinking is it the club trying to force a move. Just can't wrap my head around why he's want to leave when the club are on the brink of making more history with 9iar, any Celt would want to be apart of and at 22 he's still got 10+ years still in him, just don't get it.

Tam saying he has ten years ahead of him but he like every player could be one nasty challenge from never playing again or never being the same player again.

Its easy to say we'd never leave but until your in the position u never know, he probably said the same as all of us before he made it.

Tambow I completely understand where you're coming from but he must be looking at Andy Robertson going to England, performing well and winning the CL within 3/ 4 years while also taking his place in the national team. He's every bit as good as Robertson and it would only hold back his development another 2 seasons to stay in Scotland, as much as it's a shame for KT and us supporters.

if ye put it like that kev best having the nasty challenge helping yer boyhood club acheiveing 10 than helping arsenal get top 4.

Kev83, stephbhoy2 and kevbhoy a get what you mean, tripling your wages isn't something anyone could probably refuse, just can't understand going to arsenal. If it was Liverpool Man city or even spurs, they're all teams on the up but arsenal? Money isn't everything just look at Larrson, had countless chances to move for more money but stayed longer than most expected and now is classes as a legend. Me personally I'd rather stay with the club I've supported all my life who are still going to make me very wealthy and maybe achieve the status of being called a legend, but that's just my opinion.

If he stays which looks unlikely, it would be hypocritical of him to pick up his megaphone next season. The adulation he received of the fans is second to none and he won’t ever receive it again from any other fans. His silence is deafening for me, his head has definitely been turned. The same people who said he needs to go to arsenal to improve have been on here loads of times slagging the premier league off as a big fraud. Yes they have good sides down there and he will be up against better opposition but for every city / Liverpool there is a Cardiff / Sheffield Utd / Brighton type .

A 4 or 5 year contract at 75k a week and good luck to him. He will just be hitting his peak at 27.He will return 1 day and would be welcomed with open arms.

@pud return when pud when hese 32 or 33 and none of the teams down south want him anymore because he is finished. soon as he signs for arsenal we will never be able to afford him his price will go up soon as he goes down south. returning when hese gave his best years to clubs down south and hese finished that is the only way we will ever see him back in the hoops or if he does not cut it down there and he crawls back to us.

Sorry pud but can't see him coming back, even if he was over the hill and only had a few year left in him, If he's getting offered £75k from arsenal the now he could move again in a few year to say city and then be on even more money, say £100k plus, he'd never take a massive drop in wages to come back and tbh not many players ever hit the heights when they come back.

Spot on UI, I'm a great believer that players shouldn't return after they've left, they very rarely come back the same or better.

I genuinely don't think it's about cash with KT.
I think it's about ambition and reaching the top of world football.

I believe he us a better player than Robertson and can go as far, if not further than him.

People talking about Larsson have to see it's a different day and age from then.
When Larsson played we could compete with the superpowers. Money hadn't opened up the chasm it has now.
Larsson was able to regularly beat the big team and had chance to play in European final

KT won't get that at parkhead now.

As for the rubbish he won't win anything at arsenal.
We heard same nonsense about VVD and wanyama and both were involved in the champions league final this year.
The gunners will be a stepping stone to KT IMO.

I heard that KT wanted the move to Everton last season.
