The result doesn't matter in the general scheme of things but the real concern for me is that in both games there this season we have been totally outfought.
There has to be a question mark over these players when they don't seem to get motivated against our bitterest rivals.
Defeats will always happen in football but we should never come out of these games having lacked fight, that is unforgivable.
We need to spend some money to actually improve the team, buying projects for the future should take a back seat for a while.
It would be a shocking situation, if with our financial advantage, we let a team of journeymen and free transfers close the gap on us. I hope this is a wake up call to those in charge.

Gerryc: The 2 games we played them and they won.
They flooded the midfield and chased everything down.
The thought i had was that Celtic players did not want to get injured.

The only real issue I have was the Decision by the Ref not to RED card Flannagan and give a PEN.
The Ref Bottled it, big time.
That was a game changer.

but the played better and we were very poor.

Off course the score matters and the best team won. Our performance was nothing but appalling. I’m certainly not in the attitude of the treble, I’m raging with our tactics and performance, we were horrendous nothing short of that and someone needs to be accountable!

Leedscelt. I wasn't trying to say that the result didn't matter, only that it didn't have any bearing on us winning the league.
In my opinion we have a problem with this team when twice this season we have been outfought at the home of our bitterest rivals and that shouldn't be acceptable to anybody.
