With big changes expected in the summer here's a possible outcome for ins and outs and possible team for next season.
Just my opinion so interested to hear everyone elses.

OUT
Gordon
Hendry
Ntcham
Morgan
Rogic
Commper
Bitton
Approx £20m in on transfer fees

EXPIRED CONTRACT/ RELEASED
Lustig
Gamboa
Boyata
Hayes
Izzy
Mulumbu
Benyu
Allen

LOANS RETURNING
Benkovic
Toljan
Weah
Burke

LOANED OUT
Kouassi
Bayo

I've counted 21 players that could possible leave in the summer
Out of the 21 i've mentioned above the only players I would keep are boyata if he somehow signed a contract and benkovic and weah but only if we could get them permanently. I'm not a fan of these loan deals as although it's a quick fix at the time it leaves a bigger rebuild every season end which will be evident at the end of of this season.
Looking through the names above it just shows how much dead wood there is and the amount of money being wasted on wages is crazy. There must be about £150-200k pw being spent on the above players wages and in all honesty would any of them be a big miss?

Now onto the possible squad we could have come September

Bain
New gk to rival bain
Hazard

New RB
Ralston
Perez
New CB
New CB
Ajer
Simunovic
Guttman
Tierney
LB cover
Mcgregor
Christie
Brown (I think depending on new manager brown may eave/ retire depending on who manager is)
Henderson
New CM
Forrest
Sinclair (same as brown, depending on who manager is weather he will stay)
Shved
Dembele
Oko flex
Johnston
Miller
Arzani (I hope we can somehow make his loan permanent because the boy looks like he could be world class)
New AMF
Edouard
Griffiths (I still think he's our best striker if he can get himself sorted out but again could be off depending on who manager will be)
New striker

I've counted 8 new players we will probably need in
Gk
Rb
Cb x2
Lb
Cm
Amf
CF

That leaves approximately 20 out with about 8 in. I understand it's very unrealistic but it's probably what's needed. Our squad is clearly far too big and in desperate need of a major overhaul and below is a potential line up we could maybe have in a season or 2

Bain

New Rb New Cb Ajer tierney (c)

New Cm Mcgregor

Shved dembele arzani

Edouard

New gk
Ralston
New Cb
Henderson
Oko flex
Johnston
New Cf

Despite the massive overhaul needed, at the same time it can't be overlooked at how much young talent we still have on our books many of whom are about to breakthrough into the starting 11 over the next season or two. All the below are 21 or younger

Tierney
Ralston
Ajer
Henderson
Arzani
Dembele
Calvin miller (if given a fair chance at his real position)
Oko flex
McInroy
Atchison
Edouard (yes he's just recently turned 21. Considering his age some of the stick he gets from some fans is uncalled for)

Regardless of who the manager will be come the summer, they will be well aware the squad numbers need drastically cut but they will soon know that with the amount of young talent already at the club most of the talent needed to push us on is already on our doorstep.

Obviously there will be disagreements on this post but looking forward to hearing some views.

Not Bad but you forgot Dvries out and Bitton Hendry and Hayes unlikely to leave. Commper will only go if someone offers him more money again unlikely. Gutman should provide cover at LB and I expect Weah and Burke to return either permenently or on loan depending on CL qualifacation. It could also be a makeor break season for Kouassi and Morgan.

Can't see Kouassi or Morgan making it with us. Rather than buying 2 or 3 risky signings I would use transfer fees in and saved wages to get Burke. Right age, loves club, bags of potential, will scare the st! t of the mobs defence. No brainer for me. And he can make it happen by doing a "Van Dyke" . He made it clear to Southampton it was Liverpool or nothing.

Would like money spent on 2 x CB and a RB. With the outgoings we can always loan a decent winger, CM and LB as cover. Although on his day Ntcham is a baller but his sale could cover most of our outlay. New manager in would probably want to keep hold of him and may get the best out of him. He's not the best domestically as he's too slow on the ball but suits European games.
