So like most fan I imagine gutted to see Brendan leave, particularly at this point of the season. Personally don't think it will effect the league but maybe the cups will be a bit more challenging. The guy did have quality and other than today's shambles he's done well for our club in his time. Anyway next question? Who do we want or see realistic as the next long term celtic manager?

It doesn't matter. We are officially a pub team now. Our board won't back any manager.

We are just a revolving door of buy and sell.

Fan base aside we have absolutely nothing worse talking about. Scottish football is on its hole.

Tesla it's where we are in Scottish football at the moment no point crying over it as sore as its to take. I spoke at the start of the month about loans being a possible way for us to combat the football World from now on.

We are still a big club just in an unfortunate football climate. We just need to find a way to combat these challenges. The problems going to be as a coach and tactician Brendan has been quality, its going to be difficult to keep that calibre.

Exactly Tesla scottish football is on its hole, and that's why quality won't come to our league, so no point in saying we should splash the cash, what we have is the standard of player that's going to entertain our p@ss poor league. oldkilly.

We are paying 10-20 k week wages for most of our players except a few.

We can afford to give out 40-50k a week wages

Now many players may not be interested in Scotland but for 40k a week plus we could easily attract players twice as good as what we have now. Scotland or not.

40/ 50k a week no problem except players on those wages will cost 15/ 20m, but we have £50m in the bank, oh just remembered its £39m. oldkilly.

Other leagues such as Austrian aren't the best but their teams compete in Europe. That's what I want for our club and hopefully the bubble will burst for the EPL eventually.

We pay a £62m wage bill oldkilly you do the maths

We have a bloated squad. We could field 3 teams probably.

If we lose the deadwood and have a main squad of 23-25 players we can easily pay 30-50k a week wages

At ZERO extra cost on the wage bill that we pay now.

Simple maths oldkilly. We are squandering cash on players we don't even use.

Yes Tesla players we don't use and those same players we can't get rid of, who may want to sit out their contracts, and if the club terminated their contracts what would the cost be. Then we sign the quality you so desire on £40/ 50k a week, add in the transfer cost etc what would that cost, anyway as I have said and other posters that quality won't entertain our league. We all want the best for the club but we have to be realistic. oldkilly.
