Bit of a shambles right now and looks like Lennon for interim. However who realistically do we get in long term?

Steve Clarke, let's be honest, we aren't going to make the last 16 in any euro competitions unless it's by luck, sad but true. Clarke would do us well in the domestic league, which is all we really want (the board) course the fans want to compete in Europe but chances are that won't happen much. Also, Lennon wouldn't be bad permanent, has the passion and I'm sure he brought VVD and wanyama to the club, also a few big victories in charge too, Barcelona being the main one, with Rodgers let's be honest, we didn't even beat AEK.

If Lennon takes over and completes the treble then he will be prime candidate (not my preference) ; however, I am sure (as sure as I can be after stating on here BR wouldn't go to Leicester) - and knowing how fickle fans can be, he will have a strong case, if he wins the league the cup and beats Sevco 2/ 3 times in the process.
However, I seem to remember there is 'history' between him and Lawell (surprise, surprise) , so short term may suit both parties and then we can look further afield and look for a more high profile suitor?

Players plus the temper tantrums ect is bloody embarrassing I’d rather duff take over until the summer Lennon is controversial and can very easily upset a lot of people that’s not what we need obviously others will have other opinions but come on let’s be honest even as temporary boss i certainly don’t want him at the helm, we will win the league Regardless of whose in charge anyway and we need a good quality manager in the summer or now if we can not Lennon though.
