Uefa meeting tomorrow to discuss scrapping the away goals rule at some stage in the future. It says in the report its for the Champions league but I would imagine it would also mean future europa league ties.
In the past Celtic have suffered plenty when it came to away goals, the amount of times we were knocked out as a result. I think beating Celta Vigo on the road to Seville was our first success on away goals, some 30 odd years after it was introduced.

Scrapping the offside rule would be a better step, in my opinion.

That was tried in the 70's. I remember a full line across the pitch at the 18 yard line.

It did not work for some reason - or did I just dream it?
