Sinclair as a player totally mystifies me .
His off the ball runs and timing is top class he always sniffs out a chance . if he had the physique he would be a really good striker .
He is built like a winger, quick like a winger but seems lacking in ideas .
So he's like half winger half a striker . Hard to argue with his goals and assists but somehow manages to frustrate me .

He also fustrates me also.
The amount of sitters he has missed, you could make a video.
I have mentioned before I do sympathise with him because most of his chance land on his weaker foot.
I know he is a professional footballer and he should have buried that sitter tonight.
But normally like tonight if the ball lands to you at the back post, you would let the ball come across your body and side foot it in with your natural left foot, it is impossible to miss.
Not for Sinclair because he is not left footed, so there is that possibility that he will miss.
Time and time again he is being made to look silly with all these sitters.
Not many players get asked to play a position where they are not at their strongest and that is how I feel about Sinclair.
I don't think he is good enough to play on the left for Celtic.
I would rather have a left footer who can get to the bye line and cross a good ball especially if Bayo is in the team with his aerial threat.
I would give Sinclair some game time on the right wing when Forrest is rested.
Although it didn't work out away to Hibs I would give it another chance because the whole team were poor that day.

I’ve slaughtered Sinclair at times on here and yes he misses some chances but today he could’ve and should’ve had at least 4/ 5 goals himself. His pen I thought was poor and the offside goal for me was as shocking an offside decision as your ever likely to see, not even close to being offside. He is frustrating at times I get that, what I would say is he gets himself into those positions to have the chance in the first place.

"Weaker foot? " He is a professional footballer being paid good money. He should be working on his "weaknesses" on the training ground.
He gets some goals and he assists but he has the potential to be so much better.

He would have taken the ball home yesterday if the linesman was able to look along a line because there was nothing wrong with his 3rd goal.

I agree he get himself into those positions but I would also say if he converted all those opportunities he wouldn't be a celtic player anymore.

5 goals last 3 games could have been more.

I took critiscm on here for suggesting Sinclair is a poor finisher who lacks composure. He's especially frustrating when one on one with the keeper. That being said you may have a point with regards to chances falling on his weaker foot. BR does seem to prefer to play him as an inverted winger though so he can cut inside to take a shot on goal.
