ED see if a player has agreed a deal but is waiting for work permit etc can they still train with their new team?

{Ed007's Note - I'd imagine so or they might use a temporary one - trialists etc must need something too - but they won't be allowed to play.}

I thought I read somewhere that they couldn't train as that's work. Could have been another country though Although they could be ways round it by not getting paid and training.
