surely continuing to pay Brown 25k is not a waste of money but only justice as for years he coud have earned at least double by moving to the EPL and would love to know which 24 year old you have in mind to take Brown's place.

Well said Donjim, people have to realise that loyalty works both ways. It’s funny that a lot would happily release Brown, who has given us a career worth of service, yet they’d welcome Toure, who wouldn’t look at us twice until he’s too old to get a game anywhere else.

Brown is off the back of probably his best seasons as a Celtic player.

Played well start of the season.

Got injured and then stuttered a few games after his injury.

Think people are overplaying the meaning of those performances.

Especially cos he was poor Vs rangers. Our fans always judge a players entire season on that lol.
