Deals for Weah (for 18months apparently) and Bayo to be completed in the next day or so and should be in training in Dubai.

We've not giving up on Castagne yet, bid of Â£6m to be made with a hefty sell on clause.

Also another three players could be coming in another ST, CM and CB.

Hope the Weah loan deal is an 18 month. Donâ€™t see the point in these 6 month loans with no view to buying. At least with 12/ 18 month loans your getting the season out the player.

The option to buy just means a fee is agreed prior to the loan. There's nothing stopping us putting in a bid for any player who comes on loan.

We will be clearing some players we do not need Iâ€™d imagine during this window. As noted by ED, Kalas/ Isimat Mirin have been enquired about. Castagne is in the works and itâ€™s down to Atalanta, and Iâ€™m sure another couple will come in.

We need a centre half regardless LM67. Bad planning from us if a centre back isnâ€™t priority. We are definetley after a centre back. We are definetley after a right back. Bayo, Weah and Burke are imminent. A RB and CB are next. Hopefully a goalkeeper in the summer.

Would love to see the back of Boyata after the shenanigans last autumn. I know he formed a decent partnership with Benkovic eventually, but he does not want to be here and when he comes back after injury, he needs weeks to get up to speed and initially, seems to forget even the basics of defending. Benkovic and Ajer would be fine until we sort out the position permanently.

I can't see us not bringing in a RB and CB. I don't think BR will want to leave it to the summer when Boyata and Benko will be gone along with Lustig.
We can't go into the CL qualifiers with 3 out of the back 4 being new players. The need time to settle in.

I agree we need one but not sure weâ€™ll bring one in. We currently have Boyata, Benkovic, Ajer, Jozo, Compper, Hendry and Bitton on the books. Canâ€™t see us adding another without a few departures.

Long term Ajer is still going to be one of our 2 centre halfs. He still has a big part to play for us, this season as well as next.

Compper and Boyata will be gone in this window so it would make sense to get 2 CB in now but I can only see the one coming in as we have Ajer Jozo and Benko too. Can see Gamboa leaving this window too to make way for a new RB but then that leaves Ralston in limbo so he may be loaned out.

If we get Weah and Bayo over the line then I can't see another ST coming in, focus will then turn to the defence. A RB and a CB are a must this window for me. I take it our interest in Jean Kevin Duverne has cooled, am I right in saying he got a bad injury? I haven't heard his name mentioned for a while.

I think most of us agree that we need a RB as Lustig is getting past his best there, but does anyone think he may be offered a new contract with a view to him playing CB? He's played there before and is more than capable, imo. His salary would need to reflect his new status though, of course. I'd like to see him stay anyway.

LM commper will be Gone in this window, he can't even make the bench so in my opinion he won't even be considered to replace anyone that leaves, Henry will go out on loan I can imagine, and Boyata should never wear a Celtic top again, he has downed tools you could see that in the last couple of games, big Jozo looked better than him before he got dropped to be replaced by Boyata. For me a RB and 2 CBs have to be brought in this window and get rid of Boyata, take what's offered and run. who knows we might end up extending big Benkos loan in the summer, he seems to be enjoying his football up here. A replacement for Boyata is a must this window though, just purely so we can show him the door knowing we have the cover.

Lustig or Gamboa will be off so a new RB will come in.

Compper, Hendry (loan) and possibly Boyata so we will need another CB, that would be leaving us with only Benkovic, Ajer, Jozo and Bitton who can play there.

The CM i'm lead to believe we are trying to sign is only 18 years old so won't come into the team straight away.

As for another striker, Morgan and Hayes may go out on loan Weah will probably spend most of his time playing off the left so another more experienced striker along with Edouard and Bayo.
