Have we turned down our allocation for the dome?

No but it's an option if they think our fans are going to be in danger.

My guess is King and Sevco won’t offer the allocation now the statement has been announced, they like to think they have control. 😜.

I can't see how this can work. Entrance to the Govan West at the Dome is via the turnstiles at the corner of the Broomloan / Govan stands. Previously we had the whole Broomloan which was quite an easy way of segregating fans. Anybody who's ever went to the pit has had the rush of blood when approaching the stadium and the police line is there separating the supporters.

How can this now be safe for us when we will be walking right through the mob? That's only the drama before we enter the stadium. Sitting in the Govan West, our fans will be bombarded from all sides and above from knuckle draggers throwing various items.

Add to that, we would be contributing £40,000 to their coffers, then it's a no from me.
Beam it back to Paradise and give any profits to charity. Now, that would be a statement!

@Rab I am friendly with a couple of St Mirren fans and a Motherwell supporter who also complain about objects raining down on them in that corner and the stewards and the police do NOTHING. This the biggest problem, both sevco and the police turn a blind eye to everything inside ibrokes.
I also witnessed 10 of these "charming" fans on Sunday in the pub, just imagine 50,000 of the klan egging each other on, especially when we win.

Take the tickets, doubt I’ll get one now and I’m gutted. it’s down to them to provide safety for our fans and if they can’t the game shouldn’t be played.

Spot in welshy know a few killie fans and they're pelted every time they visit and nothings done game should be moved if they can't provide safety.

It would be quite a humiliating scenerio for Sevco with no Celtic fans in the stadium and they still get pumped😂😂.

I think this present Celtic team would thrive under the circumstances of having no fans in the stadium. This is the type of game over the last few seasons we have always performed and won.

When the tickets went up to 50 notes I haven't set foot in that place. Their banging on about all other clubs have no bother with the small allocation. They cut Europa league tickets due to "Safety". Leaving the ground will be easy as their will be none of them left after another gubbing!

Tickets should be expected and their will be plenty willing to take them. Been to more hostile places than castle grey skull bring it on.

I can see both sides to be fair. They should be able to guarantee our safety in and around the stadium but they won't and the police will have a hard job preventing serious trouble, it may be best to keep our fans in for a bit after the game, maybe get the buses to come closer to the stadium once the people have dispersed a bit. A beam back would be great but a can remember going to a beam back of a European game when they were at home years ago and the train back to airdrie was full of them, it was a bit tasty then and I think they're worse now.

Welshybhoy,
while I understand your sentiments, it's not much consolation when lying in a hospital bed, with an eye injury or worse, knowing that the Police and Sevco failed to provide safety for the visiting fans.

After that, any Celtic fans who do get hold of a ticket do so at their own risk and the club cannot be held responsible/ accountable for any negative actions by them.
I agree with refusing them and beaming the game at Parkhead.

How would we get round the public transport issue tho?
