Ed does the loan deal for Arzani have an option to buy as previously suggested or is it a straight 2 year loan. I can't remember it being mentioned when he was announced. Apologies if I missed it.

No option to buy iceman, the deal is we pay the lads wages, develop him, spend money on making him ready to be a successful football player, then when the loans over he jogs on down to city, stays there for maybe 6 months and then they sell him to another club for a nice tidy profit. Why he's here, we have our own gifted lads, who are ours, develop them and sell them at a profit to our club.

Who are these gifted lads, I have only seen Johnstone coming through lately, he looks the part but he still has a long way to go.
It's quite a while since K Tierney and Mc G came on the scene, we need a lot more.

There is always the possibility he contributes to us getting better. Who stays at us more than two years? Any foreign young player is here to get to England. We may have a player of quality playing for us. We aren’t paying all his wages either. That’s not how loans work.

Wee Paddy was great for us. It’s the world we inhabit, get used to it and try and enjoy it is my advice. If he is half as good as his video clips he could be a great quality addition.

Let’s face it we ain’t going to feckin buy any. Are we?
