However I do think Rodgers shouldn’t be identifying players. Our scouting process should do that. And if they do it right then they will improve the team and in turn Rodgers will improve them.

A wee bit worrying for me is our inability to see problems right away and fix them - or even switch things around when we struggle.
BR was always quick to make a change in shape or personnel if things weren't going our way; but our last three games have seen us get into difficulty or have players under-performing and wait until too late.

Brendan has wakened up SMSM and has allowed them to have all sorts of pot shots . Various players leaving and even Manager B R in the way out . Clubs results must fail when such splits and divisions exist.
