Celtic have the money to buy a class Centre Back, but wages could be the sticking point.
If the Season Ticket book was increased by £40 a year, that would generate £2.25 million approx. More than enough to tempt someone who might be tempted to sign.

We have a wage cap and I doubt we will break it even though we could afford to do it.
