Ed what is the normal way appeals for red cards and such are dealt with, the reason I ask is that I know a lawyer that's been put on the panel for appeals at the sfa, he told my brother that morelos card got downgraded and it didn't even get presented to the panel. This can't be normal can it? Who decides what goes in front of the panel then.

{Ed007's Note - Hhhhmmm I'm not entirely sure, Steph. I just assumed there was a hearing for them all.}

I thought ref gets to watch it first with the compliance officer and he can change the decision himself before it goes to the panel but could be wrong?

So did I ed but maybe there's been a change. I'll keep watching the rest of the appeals throughout the season, this isn't a personal friend but I will see him over the next few weeks n al ask him how it normally goes.

{Ed007's Note - Yeah I'd be interested to know more about the process too so let me know, Steph.}

@stephbhoy2 - I’m calling bull. For a number of reasons 1/ no lawyer worth his salt would risk speaking out of turn
2/ according to you lot, the SFA are a sectarian and bigoted organisation. So why would they employ a Tim? And 3/ and the most telling fact- I’m sure you said you were from Coatbridge before? Well only syspects not lawyers come from there! 😂😭😂😭😂.
