Some on here were saying we should try for Danny ward to replace Craig Gordon, just goes to show what a tough market we are in to sign players as Leicester have just agreed a fee of 10million for him. Before him Angus Gunn was mentioned who just went for 12 million. I think as a club we will have to look abroad all the time for players as the English market even for young players is beyond a joke.

I think the club are developing their own players, I don’t think you are going to see the days of a team full of homegrown players anymore especially if you want to be successful . The club has kt, cal Mac, Forrest plus another two or three younger lads in or around the squad. I personally don’t think that’s too bad nowadays.
