On his day Sammy was unplayable and he gave us some great moments but he didn't have his day often enough. Scored some important goals and some excellent ones but was never consistent enough. Averaged 1 goal every 4 games or thereabouts and for me Griffiths is by far the better striker. HH.

If Sammy could have been consistent he could have went to the top of the game. Just couldn't do that.
