I'm pretty sure Celtic will strengthen this window, Brendan said it himself. People throwing there hands in the air because a certain level of player has not been tied down yet need to chill. I'm really hoping celtic do back the manager and are looking to progress and I'm sure they will. What's eveyone else's thoughts on the current transfer activity? I think like always celtic keep there business quiet, and that's how it will stay.

We can only buy players whose clubs want to sell and these players want to play for us According to some people on here we should have spent £20 or more on 4/ 5 players
Unfortunately these fans may have spent the money and not made us stronger .
Brendan wants to buy players who will make us a better team, he is not interested in buying players for the sake of pacifying fans.

Pacifying fans?

In the CL qualifiers we didn't have a recognised striker and we went too long playing a midfielder in defence.

If I were the chairman or the manager of a team like that I would need pacified, nevermind doing it just for the fans.

A player that can compete with lustig. Another centre half and sell eric. A New keeper in the summer.

Digibanger, do u think not having a recognised striker or centre half caused us first or second place in Champions League .
Funny enough I have seen teams from the EPL who have had to switch players into unfamiliar position and they have turn over 10 times Celtic .
If a Chairman had to be pacified because a position or two is under strength, I would imagine club has problem.
Not a bit wonder some clubs change manager once or twice a season.
