What's the deal with Erik Sviatchenko? Obviously he's been injured, but he's been training with first team for a bit and with ajer not being fancied by BR is he another that's not liked? Especially when we're short in that department.

Been thinking the same. Erik has been training for about 3 weeks now I thought he would have featured at some point. I thought he was great his first season, obviously lost form last year, but surely Brendan can get the best out of him.

Since when is Ajer not fancied? He was on the bench at the weekend. He’ll more than likely feature before Erik does.

Whatever BR sees in training he has been very reluctant to play either Ajer or Eric - preferring Bitton of all people - so something obviously attention in the next window.

Remember Ajer is young, definetley got the potential to be a big player for Celtic in th future.

Got to remember also that Ajer is a DM just like Bitton. And see the flak Bitton gets. It was BR that decided Akers best position was CD when he became boss.
