First of all well done PSG their players are CLASS, even that fud Neymar with his diving (although he earned me a few bob with his booking lol)
As I am a glutton for punishment after coming home I watched the game again to confirm what I thought during the match at the ground.
Firstly, we lost the game in the TUNNEL, our players looked scared and caught in the headlights, this disappointed me as I at least thought we had players with a bit of character.
Secondly, although PSG were good and oozed class, we made it easy for them by giving them too much time and space on the ball.
Thirdly, our passing was ATROCIOUS, I lost count of the number of times we made unforced errors and tamely gave them back possession.
Fourthly, when we did come forward Roberts, Griffiths, Sinclair etc were isolated with no player bursting a gut to support them, compare that to PSG who hunted in packs of 3 or 4 and always had a player to pass to.
My Fifth point is Rodgers himself, for playing wrong tactics to start with and then after game meekly accepting the defeat, we want a manager who acknowledges the better team won, but then tries to fix where we went wrong as a team and is unhappy with a poor display which last night patently was.

Spot on up to the last point. Rodgers did indicate the standard of play: under-12. That's a pretty scathing assessment.

Tim sometimes in football there is nothing you can do. They are a class apart from us and it showed.
The game you are talking about would have taken a lot of luck and for us to score first like the Barcelona game, if we don't score first in these games we are done.
Cant believe the criticism on here, we have the best team we have had for years and playing the best football but unfortunately in that time the CL has gone onto a different stratosphere.
Teams are spending 300m and still can't win it, we could have spent 20m on 2 defenders and the outcome could a been the same.
In my opinion we are between a rock and a hard place just now, if you remove any of our first 11 and replace with better its going to cost 10m -20m at least unless we get a miracle like VVD or VW.
So its going to be very difficult to improve just now unless rules are changed.
