I know a lot of fans don't like forrest but I think he's been the sharpest player i pre season . imo he had a good season last year maybe just maybe his I Just problems have finally cleared up . and the penny has finally dropped as to what he has to do to in the team.

He was sharp last season an played good at the start of season the faded as per usual nothing to be excited about.

Deep river, I agree with you. I think Forrest is a smashing player. He will have a few average games but he has the capacity to be brilliant. Get off his back. Better than any other SPL winger.

Find him too lazy to be a great player. Tends to too often nonchalanly drift inside and play a meaningless square ball and not run into space. You look at Sinclair on the other wing and his movement. If he mimics his movement he will score a lot more goals.

{Ed007's Note - For me it was the same old same old from Forrest and I know I'm harsh on him but that season just showed again his inconsistency and dips in form which led to him being dropped and Roberts taking his place. I am open to keeping Forrest now but definitely only as a squad player and back up to someone else. I'll grudgingly admit he's a good enough squad player, but that's it.}

The problen with Forrest is that he has no neck, so he can't look up when he's crossing. he's superb at finding pound coins on the pitch though.
