Do people really think because the press can't tell us who Celtic are looking to sign means the board are not working on signings?

Not one bit Kev . In fact I am more annoyed when I read that Celtic are interested in such and such a player. More than likely nonsense.

You what i may be proven wrong, but a don't think we will break our transfer record, lawell has his story ready, we can't compete with the rest of Europe or epl. see it right now easy way out. Yes I do think they will buy one or two squad players, but only once they sell a few.

If memory serves me correctly, all of last years signings were very hush hush until they were in the bag.

Have to be confident Brendans being backed by the board but I don't think we'll see anyone else in before the last qualifiers at the earliest. Although could be wrong.

But reastically we aren't exactly a team in tatters. Main squad seems to be getting kept, any coming in need to be first team ready and be an improvement on who's in an already more than decent, invincible, treble winning side.
