Here I go, don't shoot, but is the real 'sexism' issue here not what he said to another person, but that much more is being made of this because it was a woman? If that makes sense.

"You still might get a slap, even though you’re a woman", sounds quite gender equal to me. 😞

*slowly opens can of worms*.

{Ed007's Note - It's a load of bollocks, I tell me Mrs every time she cooks she needs slapped.}

My line manager (a female) tells me every day she's going to kick me erse.

{Ed007's Note - Is she cute?}

Would it be sexist if i told you she was a blonde swede and cute doesn't even come close?

{Ed007's Note - Do you work in IKEA?}

Absolute BS story which actually transpired back on the 18th of March. It was a throw away comment by Moyes and as far as I am aware the reporter Vicki Sparks didn't take any offence to the comment, it was taken for her. It was the same situation when Brendan made his comments about the St Mirren first half performance. So called 'Journalists' twist and turn a situation to make it their own. It's lazy journalism, pure and simple. Even I could do it and i've no training whatsoever.

Brendan Rodgers conducted a brilliant interview after the game on Sunday. His vision for the club is very clear and I am looking forward to the next few months as we actually build a team to get access to the CL where the real money is, not the crappy cup competitions in this country paying peanuts. CL footbll is an absolute must every year.

I'm no fan of Moyes but he has been harshly treated over this incident in my opinion.
If he'd made these remarks to a male journalist nobody would have turned a hair, that's the way things are done in the football industry.
Isn't it more demeaning to women to suggest that they are so precious that they fall to bits at the first sign of any banter.
I worked in a car factory for years, the banter on the shop floor was far courser than anything Moyes said but nobody took it too seriously, and everyone male or female would defend each other if they got into any trouble.

The national and international collumnists, editors, commentators and government officials branding Moyes as "sexist" are the ones that need a slap, Gerry. It is unfair.

And you wonder how Yoda is better fed than you Ed Tut Tut you must be stuck with too much Tena's from last season and looking to entice the panty wetter's

Anyway, Where do you see Eboue playing cannot figure that one out surely it's Brown, Armstrong even Rogic in the 10 and the other two central only RW up for grabs for me (y)

{Ed007's Note - I think Eboue is a long way off from being a first-team regular and he will spend a lot of time on the bench for the foreseeable.}

Another excuse to roll out the old feminist movement, halfwits and the easily offended. Makes my blood boil.
