Against my better judgement I went to game today with the girls, I would have been better staying at home.
Our draw was NOT because of the referee, yes Madden saved them but we were poor and did not deserve to win.
For some reason the team has become complacent in last couple of games, I genuinely think they are reading all the praise and letting it get to their heads. We were so off the pace for long spells today we made them look almost decent, almost I said. I hate Biton in our team, he slows everything down and NEVER passes forward. Schiavenchenko was poor in defence, Gordon's distribution was poor and put us under pressure. Dembele tried hard but was out of touch, and Sinclair just never got going.
I have to blame Rodgers also, for PRAISING team after the game WTF.
The only good thing that came out of game was that our players will be slaughtered in the papers tomorrow and the phone ins will be full of gleeful huns led by BFDJ all saying the same thing "the gap has closed"
If Rodgers is the manager I think he is, he will make the players read all the gleeful hun press and tell them to bank it for the semi final.

Gordon's distribution poor? On one ocassion, yes, but that apart it was excellent.
If the two teams playing today wore different colitis and you knew nothing about them, you would say that the referee cost one of the teams - how Miller was not red carded let alone getting away without a yellow is beyond me, as is how Hill stayed on the pitch to see half time. Waghorn was diving around all over the place like he was in a ballet and how a penalty was not given, I have no clue whatsoever.
Granted, we were miles from our best today, but God in heaven, a competent unbiased referee would have seen the game end with 11v8 and a stonewall penalty awarded.
I don't agree with your assessment at all.

Can't disagree with any of that Timbo Still can't believe Boyata strolling at 1 point when he must have thought Miller wouldn't catch the long ball. Thought McGregor was excellent when he came on really like the Wee man.

@timalloy - never mind the phone ins! Here's one gleeful Hun who has just seen the worst Rangers team in history take a point of the all conquering Celtic.

Agreed Tim- "I'm proud of the players today" was a strange comment from Rodgers. I think he was angry and has to take some of the blame for Celtics attitude today. Everybody and their granny knew they'd be well up for it today and would try and stop us playing which they did although ably assisted by Bobby Midden.
