Forrest declared fit for sevco game gives us good options but i think we should start paddy. And would anybody start leigh at no 10 at the expense of bitton or would it b better bringing him on when the sevconites are knackered.

{Ed007's Note - I think the starting XI will be the same 4-3-3 formation we've been using and the only spot I'm not sure about is who will partner Boyata at CB from Simunovic (if fit) or Sviatchenko.

---------Gordon------------
Lustig ----?---Boyata---Tierney---
----Brown --Bitton----Armstrong---
Forrest----Dembele----Sinclair----

That's not what my team would be btw, it's who I think Rodgers will go with.}

What would your team be ed?

{Ed007's Note - I'd go back to 4-2-3-1 and really go for it with as much firepower on the park as possible. It looks like Rodgers doesn't fancy 4-2-3-1 when Rogic isn't available though:

--------------Gordon------------
Lustig ----Erik---Boyata---Tierney---
-----Brown------Armstrong---
Roberts----Griffiths-----Sinclair----
------------Dembele--------

The AM 3 can all play anywhere across that line and it gives options during the game to mix things up a bit without needing to use up subs.}

But but ED007 how are we going to cope with both Murty's "psycoligical boosting of the Sevco squad" and the El matador giving his "bullsh! t, er bullish speech" (WHAT he is not in Scotland yet, no bother I hear sevco like Skype these days)
Finally here is a chant someone else came up with for Sunday
PEDRO, PEDRO, BLESS YOURSELF (quite appropriate really for a holy day lol)

{Ed007's Note - Murty will be dreading Sunday, going to Celtic Park with a CB pairing of Clint Hill and Danny Wilson wouldn't you be?}

I would have Roberts over forrest, otherwise I'd have pretty much the same team as you ed. Though the thought of griff coming on to play in the no.10 roll sounds like a shout, when he connects with his left its usually a good outcome for us.

I'd be chuffed with eds team (2nd one listed) but with Jozo at the back.
What a turn around for boyata, no one is blinking an eye when he is first pick. Hope he gets a derby (not old firm ) goal.

they are going to stiffen it up so go 442 and match them, there's no debate about our strongest centre back pairing its eric and jozo they were immense when we were under a bit of pressure at ibrox, the most important thing about this game is to win the challenges which obviously that mob will throw about, and a message for fat sally and his attempt at mind games; moussa will show you why he's worth 40m.

ED, that's exactly what my team would be, I said in a previous post that I think LG could easily play the 10 role.
Can u imagine that Sevco defense trying to pick up LG and MD as they constantly go short and long.

{Ed007's Note - That front 4 would tear them apart.}

One thing I really like about Paddy is that his little offloaded passing is absolutley deadly. It's something that seems very hard to pick up in the Scottish game and isn't dealt with easily. I'd imagine Forrest will get 60 minutes then Paddy will come on. Really hope we get him for another season, if not another RW is desperately needed.

with forrest being out the last couple of games i think it will be the other way about ken with patrick starting and james coming on for him once all the hammer throwing tackles take their toll on patrick, they will be up for it after everyone writing them off so we need to be ready to mix it, to be fair whatever line up we put out should beat them comfortably.

I am looking for us to create about 20 good scoring chances and to take about 6 off them.

Any win obviously, but nothing that gives them hope. A one sided mauling, as it should be and queues around the block at every health centre Monday morning as the gers fans ask for valium.
