For me Celtic FC season ticket holders (me) needed to be rewarded today for stumping up hard earned cash (other than those who work with the public sector) to watch football under Ronnie. Me, and thousands of others over the last two seasons and many seasons before. Again we (me too) have invested in our thousands (52 thousand to be exact) to support the Brendan regime. If nothing happens today I reserve the right to hold on to my £100 for a champions league package and not bother my ars*. if Celtic don't show the same level of ambition as we (me) have shown the club. Once I calm down even after feck all happens today by way of signings I probably (definitely) still will go. Where's Fergus McCann (and his ambition) when I need him?

What's that about those that work in the public sector?

So employing the most expensive manager in our history isn't to your level of ambition
Letting him bring in his players and clearing out the dead wood is wrong.

Aye. What about the public sector? I've worked my arse off in the NHS for 20 years for very little. What's your point?

Bollocks JF, nobody twisted your arm or forced you to watch celtic, rewarded for what?, supporting your team like the rest of us? Too many gullibles on here getting there panties in a bunch cause somewhere the word marquee was bandied about online ( not from club) , and because its not happened we've been let down again?, we've got rid of some players, replaced them with better quality, increased the wage budget, and the window ain't shut yet, some people are never happy, if don't like it don't go and watch us, simples really.

He could have just brought in anyone to make up the numbers like Lennon used to. He knows who he wants, if he can't get them, there is no point buying for the sake of it.
