Just reading on sly. As of 8pm there are whispers of both palace and Sunderland interested in MCCarthy. Now won't it be interesting to see if all the friend of friend is telling the truth and he wants to come because them have the cash that we can't afford.

I think LG would be the first to admit he is not cut out to be a 'lone striker', but unfortunately most managers are brainwashed with this formation - especially in Europe and as he is the best we have at the club at the moment, he is trying to adjust his game, but it is taking away from his natural talent and instinct in Europe.
