Skinnybhoy is right McCarthy is in Glasgow! Heaps of pics on Twitter- one says just meet James McCarthy ask if he was coming to Celtic and he replied I hope so! The pictures are there! Let's see what happens.

Is he injured? Nothing is guaranteed until he signs it's all just rumour hearsay speculation ifs buts and maybes. But he is unhappy at Everton due to Koeman, he does want to play for Celtic, he is in Glasgow, and Celtic have offered a loan deal for him.

They said he is not for sale and value him more than the Â£13M they paid for him. Everton will need money for him if they do decide to sell him and there will be plenty of teams willing to pay over Â£10M.

I cannot see them letting him join on loan to anyone.
