Nice touch, it's completely heartbreaking. How anyone can disagree with your point is bizarre - complete weirdo's!

I think the 2 that disagree are related or know one another. Folk like that need help. Weird doesn't sum them up.

Couldn't agree more lads! 3 absolute half wits disagreeing there! Wish the ED could put it out there what arseholes pressed disagree to that! Instead these idiots will have a good chuckle at us wondering who they are! 😡😡 good post Tim! Think all sane minded people would agree with you!

{Ed007's Note - We get it all the time, those buttons are the bane of my life but I was overruled in the vote to keep them off the last time we removed and folk wanted them back. I'd even have it that if you click on one you need to leave a comment or at least have it so you can see who clicked.
Let's face it, if that's how you get your jollies you're a bit of a t1t.}

Couldn't agree more mate! Says more about the morons who actually click the disagree button! Tossers! Sure we all disagree about certain topics, . but to disagree with that beggers belief!

Tell me about it.
Even a straight fact will get some moron clicking disagree.
This post will get at least one (and it won't be clicked by me)

Surely in the modern world there are actrocities almost daily and it's difficult to keep up with them all. Nigeria had almost 40 killed in a bomb attack since the horrendrous Paris massacres, may God have mercy on all the people who have been murdered this year and others . Let's pray also that we can see an end to all mindless violence.

Agree with you Ed, would it be that complicated to put up ;so&so disagrees' rather than an annonymous number.

{Ed007's Note - I'll have another moan about it and see what we can do. }

Not having a go at your daughter and her friends but it really irritates me how the media manipulate people when these things happen. It is obvious that the media coverage of these attrocities is consructed in such a way as to gain public support for a war on Syria and removing Assad, using ISIS as smokescreen.

If you doubt what I say, then why was there little to no coverage about the bombings in Turkey and Lebannon, both of which were also committed by ISIS? Not only that we are now hearing **** face Cameron talking about going to war on Syria. Ask yourself this, how is bombing another country going to stop terrorist attacks? If anything it is going to cause more attacks because of the blowback from bombing people.

I just wish people would start waking up and realise how the media is used to manufacture your consent and set the agenda for what you think and talk about. So don't be a sheep and start questioning what you are told and think for yourself, rather than have it dictated to you.

If we want to stop terrorist attacks, then we need to start lobbying our politicians and make it clear that we are not in favour of imperialistic acts of war designed to make rich people richer. We also need to make it clear to them that we know they are the onese who funded, trained, armed and helped ISIS/Al qayeda to overthrow Assad so Quatar could build their gas pipeline into Europe.

Why do people get worked up about this agree/disagree function? Best way to deal with it is ignore it. don't rise to the bait.

Well I've been to Paris, I have French friends, maybe I'm a bit shallow, but I care more about what happens in Paris, than what happens in Beirut or Ankara.

I have said this before our good friend Timalloy venture's over to zombie page and embroils a bit of banter after having a right good shower he posts something decent like above and the zombies hit the button it has happened before it will happen again in life like the board here it is better to ignore them (y)

{Ed007's Note - You can't generalise like that, Jamie, Tim's upset a few people on here as well who can take a pop while hiding behind the anonymity the buttons provide.}

@AIndoh -

While it is your perogative to care more about white people over Muslims, you may want to consider these words written at the time of the Nazi party in Germany.

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

Anyway you are missing the point. If you don't want to see events in Paris continually repeated you should take note of the last paragraph.

Just seems to be more Timalloy's posts than anyone else's Ed, I certainly have noticed it and pointed it our before

I must admit I rarely use the buttons but I do sometimes

As you point out to hit disagree on a matter like that you either have to be dyslexic or a hawf-wit

The best way forward for these buttons would be to highlight the agrees/disagrees a bit like the "likes" on facebook mate but fully accept that may be far to technical and over elaborate almost, I can understand how they annoy you from time to time (Y)

@Jamiebhoy thanks for your posts, yes I do tend to get more "diagrees" but hey I just ignore them if they cannot have the balls to tell me why they disagree, and yes I do upset people on both sites oh dear, talking of "disagrees" wish I could have had this when one of the girls friends went to a SD shop and bought a sevco flag because it "looked like a french tricolour" (joking honestly please no more disagrees)
