What a performance today!
Let us first credit the fourteen players put out to day and warranted a well deserved victory . Many of us thought we hadn't the resources to make nine changes from Wednesday night and come out on top.
I am sure many media people will pick out faults and weaknesses , but all true Celts will be delighted that Deila can make so many changes and still win . It shows that our improvement is not restricted to our first eleven or so players .

A very good point Old Bhoy!
Let's all get right behind the lads now for Tuesday - we are in front after all!
THEN we can start to think about who PL and RD will bring in for the rest of the season as Hearts and Aberdeen look set to give us a bit of a challenge this season

Hardly vintage but a win is always nice. To take care of domeatic duties with a second string whilst Aberdeen struggle is a bonus. The bravest might even call that progression.

Janko again looked a handful going forward. With a bit match fitness and working on not chasing the ball I think he could be a right player.

Good to see O'Connell trusted too. You can see the 'play it out from the back' mentality in him. A far cry from the player I saw a few times with the youths.

GMS though. What has happened since the competetive football started?
