Max Lowe of Derby (on loan at Aberdeen last season) linked as KT replacement. Was always impressed by him last season to be fair, however, would have hoped for a more exciting replacement.

I suppose itâ€™s going to be impossible to sign anyone anywhere near as good as KT.

Lowe is good defensively, could we bring him in as well as a good attacking full back like Melling? And select who plays depending on opposition.

KT was brilliant going forward and defensively - huge shoes to fill.

They are big shoes to fill LM. KT is one of the beat young left backs going. But then surely we're already enquiring about other beat young left backs, and will base what we want for KT on the cost of his replacement. Or will we sell him for 20m+ and bring in the dirt cheap option with the shareholders trousering the rest.

No way can it be acceptable for Lowe to be brought in as a replacement for KT. as a back up to KT then yeah but not to replace him.

Is Lowe just not for back up for KT? I mean if he doesn't go we still need back up for the left back position, we new we would need back up for KT, even before arsenal and the RAT came sniffing aboot! Stop the panic lads, I think he'll stay! He's Celtic thru and thru!

Rumours that Boli Mbombo is being looked at as a possible transfer. 23 year old left back that plays with Rapid Vienna, don't know anything about him apart from he had played over 90 senior level games.

Lowe was probably one of the best players out with our club in the league last season. Mbombo would be a good addition also. I expect tierney to leave.

Boli Mbombo is a very physical LB like KT and I'd be pretty happy to see him come in as rumoured yesterday.

Replacing KT with Lowe would be akin to giving up your Bentley for an all day ticket on the feckin bus. If Lawell thinks we will accept that he can go feck himself. In fact, if he doesnâ€™t tool up for the CL he can pack his bags right now.

Rather than knocking back the latest offer. Why not say, not for sale. The only reason they arenâ€™t indicates itâ€™s KT who wants to go. He holds all the aces, it cannot happen unless he agrees. Iâ€™m hoping itâ€™s all bollocks, but without him saying anything, itâ€™s seeming more likely heâ€™s had enough of living the dream. Even writing that made me feel sad.

Bhoys we all new this day would come we just didn't want it to happen for me he should go and test himself in a so called better league us as celtic fans canâ€™t deny him that
Deep down we all know this is a poor league but we have to play whatâ€™s in front of us . I will be gutted to see him leave but if we get Â£20 mill plus and spend it wisely it would be good for the club . He will always be celtic through and through.
