I disagree Mally. There are lots of young British players heading to Germany right now and thriving. They really believe in youth over there. Bayern in particular have a great coaching set-up.

Get what your saying jim but imo he'd have a better chance with us it would be some achievement if he broke through that set up . good luck to the kid just wish we could have kept him.

For my sins I don't keep up to date much with the youths. Can't help but feel it might be one that's getting away if the likes of Bayern are keen to snap him up.

Goodluck to the lad. A few clubs have been trying to sign him up since he was 14. What a football education he ll get at Bayern, our loss but hopefully Scotland’s gain.
