I hope your right mate, genuinely can’t see why anyone would pay £3.5m for Boyata though when they can get him for free in 6 months.
If a deal is to be done with him it will be on a pre contract 1st then for nominal fee around £1m I’d imagine.

That's is a nominal fee for someone who is a regular in one of the best national teams in the world.
