The daily mail reports that 9m has been rejected by Celtic for Boyata but are willing to go upto 12m.

would you accept 12 or hold out. If the clubs policy is to develop players to sell is this the maximum return we can expect for a player who was considered a liablity just 12 months ago. Could we find potential before the window closes.

If they're willing to pay £12 million for him then I'd take it. He obviously has talent but has too many bomb scare moments for my liking.

If we took the twelve million it would be nice to go straight out and sign Benkovic but looks like he will be off to Leicester . If we are not careful we could end up being weaker after this window . In saying that if his head has been turned we have no choice but to accept the bid, he’s not played well for us for the last 6 months, although you would think he owes us something after the way the manager has backed him after some of the mistakes he made previously.

£12m would be some bit of business. But its who we replace him with that gives me the fear. If we sign McKenna for like £5m I’m going to start supporting Partick.

The only worry l would have if we accepted the 9m or more is weather it would be used to bring in a new CB. Somehow l think they would make out as if they tried to get something done but weren't able to get a deal across the line.

take the 12 million and get Dawson from West Brom as well as getting that Ozzy CB that is going on a free. Need to start strengthening our defence.

I like Boyata but we would be nuts to turn down £12m for anyone with a year left on his contract. Don't know how much truth is in this though we have a game wed night so by tomorrow it will be another headline to try unsettle us.

Agree would be nice to use that money for Benkovic but think that ships sailed as he may be off to Leicester. Back 3 of Ajer Jozo and Benkovic would be decent may help Jozo up his game again.
