@carmylebhoy - I've a mate who works in finance for a large hotel chain and he said that as Celtic couldn’t find a willing partner they are having to fund it themselves. As there is a time restraint (2 years) on building work starting due to planning permission they are having to punt a couple of players to get a spade in the ground. As Dembele is the highest value he is getting touted around Europe.

UJ - stop peddling complete rubbish. Once planning permission is granted a developer/ applicant has three-five years to commence (or as you say put a spade in the ground) . That costs next to nothing to do and we aren't the manky mob struggling with finances. So if you do have a mate in finance tell him to look for another job. As you knows Eartha Kitt, if it's true what you spout.
